If you want Sonic, choose a different location. Poor service, food was cold, soggy, and not what it was supposed to be. Cheese fries with melted American cheese slices instead of cheese sauce and a chicken sandwich with cut up chicken tenders or something that wasn't a chicken patty. And nobody answers in the drive-in spots. Very disappointing.
Stopped in for a quick dinner with the kids. I should have known it was a bad sign when the place was empty during dinner. As a quick summary, the food was bad, spent way more than expected, and took much longer to get despite the place was empty. Definitely not going back, plenty of other fast food places around that are much more reasonable on pricing and a hell of a lot better.
Started out the person taking our order was not understanding it and then just quit talking to us then placed the order. When we tired to correct her they didn't answer again. Order came out wrong and when we tried to show them compared to the printed receipt was told nothing they could do but we could order it again and pay for it. All the food came out cold and the shake was not mixed just in the bottom with ice cream mix on top. Tots were burnt and cold and corn dog was old. Overall horrible food and service and food. Plus it cost of $30.00 for this and order was wrong.
The food was fine. We enjoyed our meals. For some reason, the poor woman inside had a terrible time hearing us. My husband was speaking clearly, slowly, and loudly, but not yelling. At one point he said, "hot fudge shake" and she heard "banana shake". Thank goodness for the orders showing up on the screen!
They were out of the side item I asked for. Once the food was brought out, they just told me to refund in the app... would've much rather have been offered a different side. When we got home and started eating the crispy chicken sandwich the lettuce was dark brown... not the best Sonic we've been to.Food: 2/5
My review got deleted song going to review my review don't worry about spelling errors Drove to sonic found out that they were short-staffed. Left the cardboard was asked to drive through. The employee took half. My order went silent for about 5 minutes then came back. I had to repeat it in my order because the employee did not hear me apparently. Employees stuck their head out. Drive through window and told me to hurry up and get to the window. But the person in front of me was getting out and cleaning. The car did not know what was going on. The employee was running out the cars wearing ugg type slippers. Which is not very safe to work in the kitchen or fast food? When I got to the window was given the wrong food. Order They promptly shut the window and said half a good day After I sat there for about a minute Was asked what is your problem I said that I did not get my order this is somebody else's order was asked to give the food order back to them, Then play visibly rolled their eyes at me. Tops were cold Burgers super greasy Chicken Sandwich tasted reheated. This strawberry shake was good.
The food and ice cream is just off. It's cold and the ice cream was nasty and I love sonics I used to live right up the hill in those apartments down the street from sonics. I used to walk there every day to get me a treat but for some reason this ice cream don't taste like the other stuff that you guys have advertised. Like the banana pudding one with the chessman cookies stuff like that. That's the good ice cream. The ice cream I got was gross and the food was cold! The gentleman service wasn't bad. He wasn't rude or anything. It's just bad experience for the food because I remember some x being like one of my favorite restaurants, especially in Minnesota! I like the old school look that they have! That was very dist at satisfied with the food and I came all the way from now just in Minnesota. Hoping to get a nice treat only to end up with something I was throwing up later on
Awesome food! Great ice cream! went to this Sonic after work, ordered large coney dog combo with tots and another with onion rings, also 2 different flavors of blasts. The bill came to $31, I asked why, the manager went through my order and was very helpful, onion rings extra, blasts are a little pricey, but all that vanished once I tasted the food. Everything was fresh and delicious! The onion rings tasted like the state fair! Kinda sweet but crunchy and so good onion slices were thick, tots were crispy and fabulous. The Chicago dog was great, the New York dog just meh, I guess I'm not a fan of sauerkraut lol - will come here again. Thank you!
I got home only to find out they was missing some items, I called them back and they said if I'm coming back right now they willing to drop some new one for me which I said okay because I live down the street only. When I got there I waited by the drive thru window for 10-15 min and no one even came to acknowledge me at the drive thru window. Finally when someone came to the window they told me "oh well drop the new fresh batch for you right now." So now here I am waiting another 5-10 mins waiting for something I should already have 40+ mins ago.
Had a pickup order placed to be ready at 710, I checked in on time and the screen said my order was being made and then it said complete, we waited 10 more minutes and noone came out so we had to go through the drive thru and wait another 10 minutes to get our food. Lady at the window apologized for the wait but she said the reason was because some of the stalls do not work. Why are stalls that are broken open and not have signs on them stating they are broken!?
