Welcome to Lake Street! Come stay in our very cute 2 bed/1bath single level house. While we have previously had long term renters, for the moment we are keeping it available as a "guest house" for family/close friends & are making it available to others who may be visiting the SLC area as a vacation rental as an alternative to a hotel.
If you or anyone you know is visiting Salt Lake City this is the ideal base for you! Only 15mins from SL International Airport, close to Downtown & the University of Utah, public transport & major highways, yet situated on a quiet residential street with local shops, restaurants, movie theater, park & grocery store within easy walking distance, this is truly a "home away from home". The house can sleep 4 adults (1 double bed + queen size sleeper sofa), it is tastefully appointed, fully furnished with laundry room (washer & dryer), well equipped kitchen, off street parking, TV with DVD player, netflix & WiFi. Gas central heat & central A/C in summer. Our rate is $100/night.
