The kind staff and the beauty of this community are what make this home. I am so glad this is where we have chosen to live for the next few years. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable and efficient in their service and maintenance. The company has great processes in place to report and manage service repairs and bill pay. The grounds are so peaceful, clean and very safe. Ample parking available is a plus! The beautiful appointed apartment homes have crown molding and other upgrades with just add to the comfort. I would recommend to anybody to call Sonoma at Mapleton home.

I just want to give a shout out to this community and the staff. I called around to different places yesterday to tour and was turned down repeatedly due to the rain. Sonoma is the only community that welcomed me in and even gave me hot cocoa to keep me warm on the tour. The grounds  are so green and beautiful, very well taken care of and I loved the apartment that I saw. I felt like I would really be taken care of if I lived here. Definitely recomend!

Where do I start. Sonoma has been my HOME going on 10 years in February. I relocated from Northern Calif and before choosing an apartment  I literally looked at all of them :no joke Sonoma was the definite choice because it was just Beautiful. The grounds are maintained to the T . The trees are my favorite part . Its shaded ,quiet and just a very well kept up complex.  I chose  a  2/2   the Santa Cruz floorplan . Its the perfect set up for roommates or if you have children. The bedrooms are not right next to each other but on opposite sides of the unit , my other favorite part . So plenty of privacy if you're looking to roommate  .  The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in and the view out of the windows is the Beautiful pool area. The office crew.. what can I say I know them all by name and they know mine! LOL   They are the very best group of people I've gotten to know. Amy, Gina , Brianna , Eli.... are all so friendly and helpful. I stop by often just to say hi . A complex that has perks I don't believe  other places have...... They often have a coffee truck brought in for residents leaving for work in the  wee hours of the morning , they have served breakfast, they bring in food trucks which is a great idea especially for people coming home from work and too tired to cook . They have Christmas  present wrapping in the office and just so many things you wouldn't  think an apartment complex would care enough to do for their residents. if your looking for a place to call HOME and for Management to really care when and if there is an issue  I would highly recommend  giving them a look . You wont be disappointed. I hope my review helps you decide where your next home will be .

DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! They advertise the apartments as one thing and when you go to see the apartment after you sign the lease online to save your place it’s nothing like the photos or video advertising. Oh and if you don’t stay due to the false advertisement they will allow you to “break” the lease as long as someone rents the apartment out BUT your responsible for the rent each month until it’s rented… HOW CAN SOMEONE THINK ITS OK TO ADVERTISE AN APARTMENT AND THEN MAKE SOMEONE PAY RENT WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… YOU DONT BUY A MERCEDES ONLINE AND BE OK WHEN A CAMRY PULLS UP….

My boyfriend and I have lived at Sonoma at Mapleton apartments for 3.5 years and our experience has been nothing but great! We haven’t had any issues, the apartments are clean & well taken care of. They are dog friendly and provide dog bags which is very much appreciated! We also love the staff in the leasing office and always look forward going in there to say hello whenever we need to pick up a package. Overall we HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for your next place to live!

My fiance and I have lived here for awhile now and we love living here however we have noticed some issues regarding issues. Almost a year ago  9 months ago our assigned community mailbox was vandalized and 9 months later it's still damaged and we as tenants that are assigned to use it are not getting updates on when the mailbox will be replaced. Also we are paying over $ 1,600 for us not to receive mail that we dont have to relay on the Leasing office to be open  if the mailbox was the property of the United States Postal Services the mailbox  would be fix soon after the report was reported.Other issues are not being able to access the amenities that are included due to them breaking down  gym equipment  or them not unlockig the pool area when the poil is open. we live in a gated community and I have noticed that after hours ou one of our main gates doesn't get closed at night.

Gina went above and beyond in making my experience easy, pleasant, and was extremely efficient and professional from start to finish. I absolutely loved the apartment, the spacious floor plan, and the way in which the property is always well maintained. It seems like a quiet and welcoming community in a great location. I would  definitely recommend  Sonoma at Mapleton Apartments. The customer service was superior!

The actual apartments are nice and the property is maintained very well. That being said, I would not recommend this place to anyone because when both I and another tenant, who was a friend of mine in the same complex moved out, we both got screwed out of our deposit. I had lived there with my wife for 3 years and had taken meticulous care of the apartment...even so far as to always take our shoes off when entering the home but that didn't stop the management from taking most of our deposit and coming up with frivolous charges; one of them was to replace the carpet they said was dirty. I would have happily taken them to small claims court if I was not in the process of changing employers. Stay away unless you don't care about your deposit being taken!

I have lived here 4 years now and love it. What stood out to me was the gas stove and the garage that comes with and the security offered. I have felt safe and have had no complaints at all. The staff is amazing, they have holiday themed events fun for the kids and pop up food trucks. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and affordable home.

Wonderful place to call home! My family and I have lived here for 4+ years now. The Incredibly kind, and attentive office staff see to all your needs with a smile! Also, a great community of neighbors to boot! Added plus, lots of parking! Would happily recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!
