I was denied services after an in-patient hospitalization at Stanford. The basis for denying me was because I was not unhoused and had a “strong”family support system. Reading these reviews I’m actually glad they denied me and I also reported them to the government agency DOR who refers clients to them. I hope the DOR no longer partners with them in any capacity.
The people who answer calls after hours are incredible, I've never had someone be so kind and understanding and so beyond helpful. I appreciate the care that was given to me and my SO tonight to help him while he is experiencing a very severe psychosis episode. I can't thank you enough.
I was in their program after a suicide attempt for two years. During that time they let me have some aid but they fumbled my care, people retired and my new care providers did not contact me for a long time. Then, when they did, I was dropped my first meeting with Buckalew because my new job gave me Kaiser. This place left me for dead.
If I could give them a zero I would. Bias unorganized rude and flakey. I don’t know who’s in charge but it seems to me the bottom of graduating class is running the show from the front of the office to the back.Seems they could use a dose of what they are trying to push on our children.
Put in by the pig's, slept in a board, zero kindness showers were gross need I say more ???bad very bad ?
