The properties on 140 Scott St. #C &D in Santa Rosa, is infested with rodents and they do nothing about it. You can hear the rodents in the walls. They come through the heater, behind stove, and under sink. Chris Sanchez and the rest of the staff just look dumbfounded when you bring it up. They just take what they can from your deposit without showing you receipts. They don't deserve not 1 star.
After applying and being approved for a rental unit with this company, my mother & I decided to turn it down. Laura was very kind to keep us in mind for future vacant rental units that were better suited for us, keeping in mind our budget. She reached out when she had a vacant rental unit and scheduled a viewing right away. We moved in and my Mother is very happy/pleased with the unit and we appreciate it working out. Shout out to Laura for making this happen.
Oscar has been our property manager for the past 4 years and it has been a great experience. The condo we were renting from was sold and he immediately found us a new rental to move into. When we needed repairs in our condo they were always taken care off in time. This company is truly one of the best !
Oscar is the man ! I was introduced to Oscar by a mutual friend. I explained to him I had a 7 unit apartment complex that it was not paying for itself and I had to feed it over $2,000 per month. Oscar walked the property with me, gave me multiple ideas on how to increase cash flow and lower the expenses. It took Oscar and his team over 4 months to turn the property around. It is not paying me any distributions, but I no longer need to put money into the property.
I used to rent from this people before the house was sold. They always took care of the repairs I needed and were always friendly. I would had continue renting from them but they did not have what I needed. Either way they were easy to work with...
Not very happy with how they treated mr as a customer. They charged as much as they could from my deposit. I would use them only as a last resort
I will never recommend them to anyone. They are all very rude and Chris was disorganized as it can get. They never return phone calls and will literally dodge you if you need something from them.
I am very pleased with the ladies,Laura & May,who were very nice to me in person,texting ,& on the telephone. Thank you,ladies.
