I havent had a chance to pop in since the Hilltop closing. The sweet lady whk aas working Friday evening was the best!! She was so nice an helpful and VERY knowledgable!! Five Star!!

With the customer service experience that the worker displayed today, I do not understand how this location is still open. I purchased a $400 noodle maker machine online today. The order stated it would be ready in two hours. When I enter the store, you aren’t greeted by anyone, which is very unprofessional. When I asked about my order and if it was ready, she asked me my name and advised the order didn’t show on her end and that I could purchase the item in the store and cancel online… I returned to my vehicle and called customer service only to be told I would need to speak with someone in the store about the order, not to mention the CSR is telling me it’s scheduled to be shipped, which is not correct. I called the store to give them the order number, which the Customer service manager advised me on the phone, and the store rep asked to take my name and number to call me back, knowingly knowing that their store is closing in 20mins and knowing I was outside waiting on my order…They lacked concern for a customer. They were very unapologetic about the nature of the matter, and the only advice was to cancel the online order and order within the store, which was a disregard to the customer cause this could have been a gift. I would expect far better customer service from this store than what they showed today.

Even though this store has excellent displays and fully stocked shelves, a sales associate still went in the back to check for a few special requests I had. This store is much better than their catalogue or online presence! The sales associates were warm and helpful,  and I never felt rushed or neglected. Great sales prices,  too!

Great !  The young lady that assisted my wife and I, her name was Minette and she truly knew her stuff about the coffee cappuccino machine we were interested in.  Will definitely go back again.

Went in to look at some Japanese knives but wasn't sure which brand, and although I knew I wasn't ready to purchase, Claudia was amazing, accommodating and willing to share her wealth of knowledge with me. She seemed to know all the right features of each knife plus the back story on that cutting board that was on shark tank. So I bought that but no knives... yet. Love the way this store is setup, organized, and they had a few items on clearance that I'm eyeing. Will be back for sure. #theresthatfoodie #homestuff

Has basically everything you'd expect a W-S to have and some things you don't. Really enjoyed talking to the staff to learn more about the different cookware and knives and figuring out which ones would be right for me.  They were a big help and fun to talk to, and I plan to be back at this store specifically when it comes time to buy!

Very friendly  as well as knowledgeable of their products. Jan was extremely helpful  in explaining the Smart Oven with light.  It has a unique list of functions that it can undertake with only a twist of a dial. Amazing  Technology! Of course, I bought it! Looking forward  in becoming a "GREAT CHEF" with their appliances. This senior CITIZENS won't  have to bond  anymore to the old conventional  ovens. Parking is a problem!  Two hours or 15 minutes area is controlled!  I like their store at La Promenade  better,  --  parking was very convenient.

I usually love shopping in the store, but the last 2 times I was ignored and dismissed. I ended up buying online. It was clear that the attention was going to people perceived as big purchasers and registries. The experience was lackluster and frustrating. I hope this is a pandemic issue and not the new norm.

Stop shopping via the web! Go and see Minette  . I am guilty of the pointing & clicking convenience. However, I decided to go in-store to lay eyes on the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro so glad I did! Minette had fresh lemon water prepared, potatoes & sweet aromatic spices simmering in the Breville! I felt right at home. It’s such a different hands on experience in-store, and her smile & energy is everything! I was waiting for Bobby Flay to come out from the back . She provided me with her go to sauces and spices. I cannot wait to try them! Will be returning very soon for the Easter Peter Rabbit collection! Thank you Minette!!!

Beautiful, spacious store. Welcoming staff, helpful and friendly. Ordered online picked up in the store no problem and gift was already wrapped for free. Everyone I know would be excited to see that wrapping under the tree.
