It has been a while since I have been to this store. I forgot about how great it is. Wonderful selection of boots, hats and apparel. The staff are very friendly and customer service is top notch! Maria was so helpful and made great suggestions- even learned they offer boot stretching which she did for me as well. I left with 4 pairs of boots and a bunch of other things. I even had help taking my things to the car. I will definitely be shopping here more often and this will be my go to store for everything in western wear. Love the fact that this is a family owned business as well and not some chain store, which I love to support!!!
What a great tack store! The selection here of hats, boots and so much more is impressive. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable of what they sell.
Over 2 months ago I had made an inquiry on their Facebook about hey dude shoes in a particular size. Well to my surprise they went back and had commented on the post over 2 months later reaching out to me to say that they had gotten them in and they were the size I was looking for. They were gracious enough to hold them behind the counter for me. I have also bought several pairs of boots there since 2007 and Ryan has always helped me and gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will continue to go here verses the big name store down the road. Best customer service ever.
Ryan and the two ladies working was great. Ryan shaped up a American Hat Company straw hat for me. Also picked up a couple shirt's. Nice western store. Wish they was closer but was worth the 3.5 hour drive
I just love this store. I've bought a hat from em, and I just came out with a nice red Fly shirt. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is fantastic, and they're practically the only place to get Ariat anything. The store itself is also well laid out and you just feel at home in Sonseeahray. To be honest I wish they were hiring because I'd put my application in faster than they can say welcome, and they say it pretty fast lol. Love this place and love all that they offer!
This is a fantastic western store, I spent entirely too much money but oh well. To top it off I was talking to the lady ringing me up, it turned out she was from Findlay herself and her uncle delivered my son 42 years ago!! 50 miles from home what are the odds I'm waited on by my all time favorite pediatrician's niece whom I had never met before and how her uncle even came up in conversation over a pair of boots is crazy! Very friendly people and helpful. Pricing is great I'll be back!
Bought me Hey Dude shoes and they are awesome! They are lightweight and extremely comfortable, I ended up walking out with 2 pair. Ryan the owner was helpful and is a friendly dude.
We traveled about an hour to check out Sonseeahray's and it did NOT disappoint. My fiancé and I both got a pair of boots. The owner, he was so attentive and helpful in getting us both the perfect pair of boots, even stretched mine out to get that smooth fit. And the prices!! Even cheaper than what I found online, and cheaper than other retailers! We already made plans to head back because we both found multiple pairs that caught our eye. I have my dream wedding boots and I couldn't be happier.

I love this place! It's locally owned and they have a great variety of western fashion apparel including Miss Me, Rock Revival, Wrangler, Ariat, etc. Plus, this store smells amazing b/c they have tons of leather goods - boots, saddles, etc. I highly recommend visiting this western store.
