Great views and even better people. You can see the ocean from the 11th floor cafeteria, but Dan told me that’s unusual... Dan lies a lot so I’m not 100% sure about that fact. Patrick recommended the pho and it was good. Pro tip - add the Hoisin sauce and Siracusa. Val and Vic provided a fabulous spread of veggies & dip, as well as fun sized candies that I reused for trick or treat handouts at my house.

I work in this building on the 8th floor with PlayStation as a contractor. Sony is a great company to work for. They really care about their people and they take care of them. I’ve never seen a company care more about it’s contractors and vendors. They often treat them as well as employees which is not common in the industry. They have also done a good job of encouraging people to be themselves and to embrace diversity. They also have recognition and groups for veterans, LGBT+ and the happy hour gatherings have been a great way to get to know other teams and groups. In the entertainment industry Sony Interactive is leading the way.
It's a great place to work. Especially if you work for PlayStation!

One of the worst customer service I ever experienced. The sony recall the SD card. The replacement process is a pain at the start, can only call for service, and they got the info wrong by very unprofessional random type in some SN. After that, I returned my card with the slowest shipping speed I ever seen, thanks to their shipping label. I never heard of my card since then. For 20 days, noo follow up at all! Where is MY CARD???!!! Are you stealing it from me???!!!
Second contract here ... Love the building and it is sad how it is a ghost town since 2020. So many support positions vacant, food service, custodial, security.
I used to work at this building. I loved it SO much!! The friendly atmosphere, the employees, the view! I was a fun and relaxing place to work!! Boy oh boy do I miss it!
I got headphones, model number WH1000XM3 as a gift. I opeded the box and the zipper case wouldn't open. The case wa broken. I emailed and called customer support and spoke with several people and they couldn't/would't do anything, lastly they transfered me to Jay the supervisor. He told me it is cosmetic and it's not covered under warrenty even though I had the receipt and it was a brand new item. He was unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't ever buy a sony product and would definitely buy BOSE products as they have excelent cutomer service and I have never had an issure with them. I am very dissapionted with Sony. I would think such a big company wouldn't be so cheap over petty things.
Sony still makes some good things. Unfortunately, they are stalkers that sell out your usage to Facebook without your consent and despite not logging in with Facebook or giving any of your Facebook info to them. The lamest part is they don't give you any options to permanently opt-out of sharing your habits and usage without prior approval from you.
