Established in 1958, Soo Co-op Credit Union is a not-for profit Financial Cooperative serving over 23,000 members in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. With a passion for continuous improvement, our focus is to provide personalized service and a complete range of financial services designed to meet the individual needs of our members.
As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, Soo Co-op Credit Union returns earnings to their members in the form of lower rates on loans and higher rates on savings than traditional banks. Soo Co-op Credit Union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.
