Sophia teaches a mindful approach to yoga with attention to proper alignment and emotional awareness. Her classes are intended to rejuvenate and inspire her students through the challenging and joyful sequencing. She hopes her students will grow in their ability to love, hold compassion, and share grace towards themselves and others.
