Mission- Our mission is simple. We want our customers to get the best value possible and feel like they are part of our family. If you are looking into getting engaged, buying a special occasion present or just need a ring sized or a watch battery replaced, we look forward to seeing you.
We offer all of these services on our premises:
JEWELRY REPAIR - Ring sizing, chain repair, stone setting, and complete ring repair and restoration.
(Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to repair most types of costume jewelry)
WATCH REPAIR - Complete quartz and mechanical watch repairs. We offer battery changes and the pressure testing of watches for water resistance.
PEARL STRINGING - Pearl and Bead stringing. We offer special pearl creations for weddings and an opportunity to sit down with the designer and create your own unique piece.
ENGRAVING - In addition to standard machine engraving, we also offer hand engraving for that “special touch” on your special gift.
CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN - We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a comprehensive jewelry creation and manufacturing experience. After consultation, the model phase begins. After the model is approved by the customer, it is cast to the specifications of the customer. Finally, the piece is finished in our shop and delivered.
We believe that the customer input at all phases is crucial to the delivery of the exact vision had at the beginning of the process.
