I had high hopes when I visited this hair salon, drawn by the hairstylist's impressive reputation. The stylist definitely delivered - my hair transformation was good. However, my experience was dampened by an unexpected price increase. I had a consultation the day before to understand the costs, and the initial quote seemed fair. I agreed, but post hair dyeing, I was taken aback by a whopping $120 addition to the bill. I truly value the stylist's skill and the quality of their work, but the difference between the quoted and actual price left me disheartened. Maintaining transparent and consistent prices is crucial for a salon to ensure a satisfying overall experience for clients.

Excellent! I thought my hair would never shine again: gray at the roots and almost lifeless from multiple colorings on the ends. I came to Nicole. She is a professional, definitely. Her work is amazing . I am more than satisfied! Thank you!  Ps The salon is very clean and comfortable, the guys are all friendly and welcoming. Or the hours flew by unnoticed and MORE helpful . Will definitely be here again.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Artem, the hair wizard! My hair was a hot mess with super dry ends, and Artem worked his magic to transform it into a stunning, well-kept masterpiece. He gave my locks a beautiful color and the perfect shade, plus he banished that stubborn red undertone I despised. I can't stress enough how awesome Artem's skills are – he's a true hair maestro! I'm over the moon with the results, and I'd recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks, Artem, you're a rockstar!

I go to the salon since it's been open. Absolutely lovely place where you feel yourself like a home. All stuff is  extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and do great job, no matter with what you come.

It was a great decision to come to Sophistique Beauty Salon for hair extensions. Anton did ​​a capsule build-up which took several hours instead of 5-6 hours that you spend in other salons. During this time, I was given delicious coffee, much better than Starbucks. I was also given a lot of advice on hair care. The buildup itself was nice and not painful. It’s been a couple of days since the build up and my hair looks beautiful and well-groomed. Many thanks to Master Anton for his professionalism and thanks to the salon for their customer service!
