My name is Elizabeth and I received my certification & became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. I specialize in Pre-Natal Massage, John Barnes MyoFascial Release®, and Massage Cupping. I have found my life's calling! One of my specialties is hip pain & imbalance. Every year I strive to learn something new to help my clients and expand my skills. I am committed to taking classes regularly to improve my knowledge of massage, health & well being. My massages treat mind and body to reach a specific goal. I offer a plethora of services to help people, including ear candling, detoxifying body treatments, ionic foot detox baths, facial cupping, Reiki and last but not least, therapeutic massage with a specialty in MyoFascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage with Massage Cupping. Since I believe healing deals with the entire body, I also offer Tibetan singing bowl meditations, wellness classes, and the Blue Jay Retreat.
