In 2000, Wendy Sokol founded In Home Support Services, LLC (IHSS) in Tucson, Arizona. At first, Wendy worked in every area. She personally cared for their clients. Through this experience she understood more closely the everyday struggles of aging and disabled people. Wendy learned first-hand that the needs of aging and disabled adults are diverse and can change quickly. She built an organization with a vision to support and adapt to those needs.
Soreo rapidly grew into a primary provider of in home support services in the Tucson area and is now servicing Pinal County and Metropolitan Phoenix as well.
From the beginning, Soreo has sought to address the need for high quality, in home support services for aging or disabled adults in Southern Arizona. Our foundation is rooted in a deep understanding and empathy for the needs of the aging and disabled.
Now, we have a vast reach into rural areas, and an unmatched group of multicultural employees. We offer long-term care services to individuals and families in Pima, Pinal & Maricopa and Santa Cruz counties.
