Terrible experience and the foods not that good been here before. Called in a pick up. Told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Waited 40 minutes to go pick it up. Went in and waited about 5-10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. Come to find out they haven’t even started on my order which was just a Stromboli. Terrible experience staff is terrible and will not be going back. Was loyal and this was suppose to be my Father’s Day dinner. Thanks for ruining dinner.

Normally we have a great experience, but today we were very disappointed. My sons spaghetti had hard white things in it that scratched his mouth and made his gums bleed. My order was supposed to have onions in it, but it didn't. I don't know if we paid more for essentialy a carbonara that I didn't order. My husband's stromboli came so late that my son and i were finished, and we were ready to leave. It was cold and burnt on the bottom. To top it all off, we didn't see our waitress again after we finished ordering all our food. The highlight of our dinner was my potato soup...it was delicious!

Never again. I'm not sure what has changed but for the past year or so the food and service has been well below par. Every visit has just been worse and worse. Garlic knots? Sorry, we're out before 5pm on a Friday? You ask for a well done pizza, it comes extremely undercooked. The garlic bread that I ordered in the place of garlic knots was covered in cheese, which wouldn't be terrible if the cheese was actually melted. I was a very loyal customer to y'all but I'm done. You only get the second star because I know how good you used to be. Hopefully you can get back there. If you're looking for good Italian food I suggest driving to Mooresville and eating at Rocco's Pizzeria and Spirits. That's where I'll be heading from now on.

My sister an I were in there yesterday, fri. 18th. One of the waitress was cursing everyone up front. It's was awful. Only thing I can say the food was good. I would have fired her right there on the spot. That's just bad business. Won't be going back for a long time...Food: 4/5

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Asheville. My wife ordered thier panini of the day. Mixed meat, tomatoes and lettuce. The wife thought something was "off" about it and we looked inside. Well, lettuce that is wilted and black will taste off. Server was pleasant and the pizza was just ok.Food: 1/5

I am a food delivery truck distributor, and I don’t always get this route, but when I do, it’s always a pleasure. Sorrentos has the best pizza out of all the restaurants that deliver to! Thank you Sorrentos love the pizza every time !

Mackenzie was our waitress tonight. She was absolutely amazing. She kept mine and my aunt's teas full and was amazingly attentive even though she was running like crazy. The food was delicious and piping hot. Food came out very quickly even though it was busy. Will definitely be back again!

Really good Italian food, pleasantly surprised from the small strip mall setting. It was quiet and nicely decorated inside. Quick and friendly service. Most of the staff wearing masks everyone that came to the table was. The calamari was a little too lightly seasoned, but the thin cuts were cooked perfectly and not rubbery at all. My entree was great - Capellini Positano. I doubled the crab and skipped the shrimp allergic without any issues from the kitchen; they were sauteed in a garlic white wine sauce with angel hair pasta. It was excellent and both of the entrees were large portions. We each took half our meals home.
