11.23.2020- this is my third time here. No problems. Customer service is awesome. I only get the polish boys are really good and not sloppy . 11.1.2021 - i would recommend the wings with sauce. But If you more so like to dip your wings in sauce vs have them already sauced, you money know that the wings are cooked, then seasoned. Yup, you could pretty lock the season off. not something that i like, but it’s good to know. Also, everyone i order wings, it has never failed that i have to wait at least 11 minutes longer than the quoted time, and the order is always wrong in some way. I want to order wings, but id better play it safe and stick to the Polish boys.

Soul Deli is what you would expect from a restaurant of its gradation. Flavorsome cooked dinners. Baked and fried options baked fish is my favorite kind. Traditional soul food sides like yams and macaroni n cheese. In the neighborhood with other black owned establishments like Fredericks and Angies. Come here if you’re craving a hot meal from some good people.

I been here once with my family to try it out. This was right when it was opened and new, so it might have gotten better. But we went there and I ordered a grilled cheese with fries. The food itself was surprisingly expensive. We got the food after awhile and I was kinda shocked. The grilled cheese didn’t look very appetizing, and the fries were cold. We didn’t really finish our food and went home. Had diarrhea for a few days after that, either it was something before that, or the restaurant I’m not sure. Though i have a feeling it was the restaurant. Other then that the people were sweet and the service was amazing! They were amazing people and made us feel very welcomed!

Usually my experience when I come are okay but just recently 5-25 - 23 the so called manager not the owner was very rude unprofessional and didn't honor my request when I called him the previous day on the phone to let him know that all of my order wasn't in my bag after I paid 47.00 . Because of this I will not be coming back. His customer service skills were awful when his workers made the mistake of not putting my food items in the bag. The person name or what they call him is T. Payne. I know who Hammond is a when I see him I will let him know how his worker was so out of order and disrespectful.

Ordered lunch via DoorDash for pickup. Placed order early to make sure I wouldn't be late going back to work and still have time to eat. I was given a time to pick the food up. I get there only to be told that my chicken wasn't ready because they were waiting for oil heat up. As I'm waiting in my car in front of the door, I see an employee leave the bar next door with two shots and 2 Redbulls. I walked in to see if my food is ready. I had to wait until AFTER the employees stopped going back & forth about an issue to see if my food was even ready. No complaints about the food at all. I just feel like I wasted my lunch, which was something I tried to avoid by ordering earlier than my lunch break. I try to support black business but it's mess like THIS that make it hard for me to do so.

Menu surprised me. Very diverse food group. I'm a fan of fried mushrooms and they were awesome. The baked chicken tasted as if my grandma was in that kitchen. My Catfish was cooked to order as it should be. Food was hot and tasty. I will say I waited an hour almost for my food, which was due to only 2 guys working. But I will say they worked together to get the orders out. I will eat there again, but I will call my order in ahead...this is one of them places.

Absolutely one of the Best fried chicken dinners I've ever had. I went Back and of COURSE it changed Still One of the best and MY Personal favorite consistent tasting "friedchicken" wings & fries spots. But, Unfortunately, my buddy cooking, vocally expressed he Closing a Little early attitude Therefore, the Quality was 'Inconsistent with MY Past experiences Here. Not, to mention that I brought 4 wing specials. So, yes while i was lil Upset & disappointed Only because i have to travel 20mins 2get there and 20 mins back!!! Btw, Also he put the wrong Sauce on one of the dinners which was Not Cool as well cause I order 2bbq and 2bufalo‍ One last thing...I hope my Folks@Hammonds deli are NOT upset @ ME!!!‍ Whenever, they Replace and REMAKE me a Consistent Dinner that I'm Satisfied with Then, at that time I will "Update" my Review and repost the UPDATED Results Hagd@work

I ordered a polish boy and fries via Uber Eats. The food arrived at the time promised. I was pleasantly surprised by my food choices The polish boy was fresh! The coleslaw was fresh! The fries were fresh cut as promised, and the sauce was great!! The whole wings were crispy and slathered in sauce. Yummy. I deducted a star because with all that good sauce there was not one napkin. , and I had requested sauce on the side, just in case. Food was so good, some friends and I will be ordering again soon!!

Went to the new location in Parma today. Although they weren't quite ready for dine in guests they still accommodated us. The owners were very sweet and the food was delicious. We will be coming back to try more of the menu items.
