I took my 2016 CRV ti the Kirkwood Hwy location for issues with my alarm. The staff was pleasant & took care of my needs. I've been to the Concord Mall location before & it's totally different than Kirkwood. At the Concord location, they act you're doing them a favor by giving them your money for their services. If you have to spend money at any location, I would definitely recommend Kirkwood Hwy location!!

Had to replace a failed factory stereo in my Jeep. They did a great job and price was reasonable. The work completed was clean, and the guys in the shop were all very helpful. Definitely recommend

The guys at this shop are professional and patient. They answered ALL my questions and worked with me to get the job done right. Scott presented confidence and explained in detail how he would address my concerns. They went above and beyond.

Great Job, installation was clean and precisely what I asked for, a clean sound system! Wish I had gone here in the first place, would of saved me a lot of money and a gigantic headache from a prior dismal install a month earlier at 1 Audio, what a bunch of scammers they are. Avoid that place like Covid. Can absolutely with confidence assure you, you'll be pleased with whatever you decide to have installed here at Sound of Tri State. Great service and installation. I would recommend this place. At first I purchased remote engine start with 2000ft range and It did not work because parking log where I park my car is a little too far from the building I work. So I went back to sound of tri state and talked to store manager Scott that I wanted to upgrade to 1mile range. Scott was very nice and installed a new one with no installation fee.

Stopped in with a question about my remote entry on a newly purchased vehicle, as it had recently stopped working. I wasn't sure what would be required to get it working again- not only was the man behind the front counter super pleasant and helpful, but Scott was able to come outside and reprogram the remote for me in a few minutes! He also took the time to explain what was happening and give me some additional information about the features on the remote! Really great experience today at Tri-State! Thanks very much again, Scott!

I received a car from my 92 year old grandmother and was certain that remote start wasn't an option on it. I bought a package from Sound of Tri-State and scheduled an appointment. After I dropped it off I got a call about a half our later letting me know that the car did in fact have a factory remote start on it. I went down there, and Alex showed me how to use it and I was refunded the full amount of the package that I bought. A+ for honesty. I am very happy with the service I got there today. Alex was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for sure.

This place is a joke ! I called to get information to see what needs to be performed onto my car just to get some background knowledge on what they are tackling to get the job done and the guy that picked up the phone , in other word was like schedule and appointment and give us you money without acknowledging that I wanted to know what they were going to perform. Then said I'm not an installer. Listen up People's if your trying to get something done and they can't tell you what they're doing, I would stay away. Go to Bangharts in Westchester their customer service is awesome and the do excellent work.

Very helpful when helping me pick out a system for my sister's car2001 BMW 330i based on my wants and needs. We have been using them for over a decade now, we won't use anyone else!
