Busy busy busy... Construction nearby, road works... Plan your route. This place needs some clean up. Attention BELLEVUE Mayor! Yes, it reflects on you!
You can’t get there from here. While the transit center is open, we walked towards it on 110th Ave from 8th Street and couldn’t get to it from 110th. Rather than offering a way to walk around, the construction crew asked us to walk all the way around the block. There were no signs directing us to the interim path to the transit center so we went across the street from where the 560 bus from the airport had dropped us off. We finally learned we could walk through a retail area to get to the transit center from that side. When we arrived at Platform 6, the jack hammering was ear splittingly loud. None of the construction crew was wearing war protection and none was offered to us. This is an unsafe situation. You needed to keep the temporary location open until you could safely accommodate your passengers.
Convenient location but all the construction causes delays and staff doesn’t communicate changes very well. Make sure to include double the buffer time when commuting if you need to need to be somewhere at a specific time. Used to be such a seamless experience, hopefully it’ll improve.
Very well maintained. Please make sure that you are taking the Orca card, which makes the payment transaction easier. You can also pay by cash but the problem is you will not get your balance.
Well maintained, located in the downtown and Belleue/Lincoln Square malls are just walking distance from the transit center. There are coffee shops and various restaurants adjacent to the transit center. Bus routes covers parts of Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Lynnwood, Everett, Northgate and Issaquah. Mostly covered area to wait for buses.
Nice area, great location. Public restroom near by. They get gross later in the day plenty of little supported near by and cover from the rain.
As far as transit centers go, this one is really nice. It is clean and has a lot of benches. Also, buses from here seem to go everywhere. There are lots of businesses around, coffee shops and stores.
Location is great. I love public transit. This station suffers as neither King County Metro nor Sound Transit take ownership of anything. Safety issues rampant as drug use and public urination is a regular issue. The closed the Rider Services office with no replacement. No way to obtain Orca cards. Never staff here to ask question, or keep people safe.
I was waiting for the 250 bus to leave at 12:25 at Bellevue Transit Center, 15 minutes beforehand. The driver decided to leave late at 12:30, he never opened the doors. I was waiting. The bus started without allowing me to get on as it did not open its doors. I had to run and luckily the traffic light was red and I managed to get on since it was the last bus of the day. What a lack of abuse not doing the right job. and not take me into account as a user.
Very cool transit center and fun ride if you get a double decker sound transit bus
