My banking experience has been phenomenal working with the local Mount Pleasant South Atlantic Bank office. We have been customers for a few years now and we always receive prompt and friendly service. We could not ask for a better banking relationship and really appreciate all the services over the years.
South Atlantic in Mount Pleasant, SC has been good to us! My wife and I have two business, and both accounts are there. We’ve done business with other local banks in the past, as well as large national banks. None of them have compared to the service we get with the staff at South Atlantic. I will also add that in the years we’ve done business with them they have had a few staff changes with no change in quality of service. To me that is a testament to their leadership. They seem to have a good culture that is obviously customer centered.
South Atlantic Bank is the financial institution that cares about the success of its clients. Everyone in the Mt. Pleasant branch has an open door policy for their customers with any questions or concerns that they may have. I have banked with them for several years and have always been treated with kindness and courtesy. If you are looking for a local bank East of the Cooper, I highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough about South Atlantic Bank and the employees there...the Mount Pleasant branch specifically. They go above and beyond to show that it’s not just business and that they truly care about you. Professional, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely good at what they do. Ended up moving all accounts from a well known, national bank to South Atlantic for the above mentioned reasons.
Customer service at South Atlantic Bank Mt Pleasant branch is continually outstanding! They know our names when we call in and always go above and beyond. We appreciate their professionalism in finding ways to accommodate our growing business needs.
I have had a lot of banks over my lifetime and South Atlantic Bank in MT. Pleasant is by far my favorite. Everyone is very nice and so accommodating. This will be my bank for life. I don't usually right reviews but this bank and its staff deserves it.
Great staff and great service. Highly recommended. The Johnnie Dodd’s team are truly a class act. Always exceeds expectations and always goes the extra step to make you feel valuable and to earn your business. Ken and Hayden are two of the best. Use them for your banking needs and you won’t be disappointed.
South Atlantic Bank in Mount Pleasant handled my refi without a hitch. The entire process has been quick and easy. Never had a mortgage loan go this smoothly, and this one was done during a pandemic. This was my first experience with South Atlantic Bank, but I'm sure it won't be the last.
Service and intelligence is key to any bank relationship. Fortunate for me, I receive healthy doses of both at my local bank. Such a great group of people. Everyone is always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They guided us through 2020 so our business could survive and really cared about our little company. Would definitely recommend.
