Love Nurse Kelli, always takes great care of me. Can’t figure out why BCBS will not let me put their care team on as my primary. But i love love the people here and dislike having to go elsewhere.
Dr Stevens is the best. Forget leaving a message on the nurses line They have picked up and then hung up. Called back then when I answered hung up on me. I am a retired RN. I know you can get very busy but this behavior is unacceptable. The Front office staff is very kind and do the best they can.
I am giving 2 star because ms Christina is nice person And the person I talk to get appointment on phone they have no sense of humor and they are rude
