Our Mission:
The South Bay Cancer Center was founded by a two-time cancer survivor with the mission of providing state-of-the-art, compassionate care to all patients regardless of income, gender, or race. We accept all patients and insurances at our facility, and are proud to be one of the only centers in the South Bay that treats Harbor-UCLA patients. Without our facility, many of these patients would not have access to radiation treatment.
Cutting edge Technology:
We utilize the most up-to-date radiation technology, including IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and High Dose Rate Brachytherapy to precisely deliver radiation to the cancerous tissues while limiting the dose to the normal surrounding tissues.
A personal touch:
Our physicians and ancillary staff are always available to answer your questions and to make sure every aspect of your care is carefully explained. We have an extensive collection of educational resources which have been carefully selected by our physicians to further educate you on your treatment. We host support groups at the center which are run by our physicians and attended by the staff responsible for your care. We are also well-connected in the South Bay and can provide an extensive list of available support groups and patient services in the area. Our former patients also serve as mentors to new patients, taking their calls and answering questions about the treatment they will be receiving.
