South Coast Family Dentistry is by far the best place I’ve ever had dental work. I have always had an extremely hard time going in for dental procedures because of my irrational fear and anxiety of having my teeth worked on. DR Cannon makes the whole process completely painless and he gets things done very quickly. He has the best bed side manner I have ever encountered in any medical setting. I’m also super impressed with the assistant that helped during my procedure sorry I don’t remember her name. If you are looking for a great place to get dental work done on the Oregon coast then look no further, this is the place! To everyone at SCFD thank you for being here and for providing such amazing service!
Quality care takes time. South Coast Family Dentistry is the most well run dental facility that I have ever experienced. Their entire team is always very courteous, conscientious, and they stand by their work.
My dentist retired, and I was in need of a new clinic. Heard good things about South Coast Family Dentistry, so i gave them a try. Dr. Ringle and all staff have been exceptional. Clean, modern facility, and caring people. Highly recommend.
Had great experience but when there was a mix up on insurance they wouldn't return my calls or work with me although I had coverage; I think they have new staff and procedures
I normally don't do negative reviews. But I was handled so poorly by SCFD I am compelled to. I was assigned here by the VA to handle some emergency care. My mouth is in bad shape and I have extreme anxiety with the dentist. I have been waiting for weeks to get a couple broken teeth out. It has been multiple visits and they're still there. I'm still in a massive amount of pain from them. But yes let's get a bridge done. Thanks for making it harder for me to get back in a dentist chair.
I just got back from South Coast Family Dentistry. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. They are so nice and make you feel really relaxed which is what you need in that situation. I was amazed at how much the technology has changed too, everything is much more compact. They do in house coverage which is a fantastic way of doing things. If you're in the Coos Bay area I'd highly recommend them for your dentistry.
I have seen and been to many different dentists across the country and South Coast Family has the best and most caring dentist and staff I have come across. They genuinely care about their patients, are willing to work around your schedule and offer payment plans to meet your financial needs. Personally, I can't say enough good about my experiences with my dentist and the staff of South Coast. It's great to have such a fantastic practice in our community.
Doctor would continuously get up and leave while treating me. a 30 minute visit took 2 hours because of this. She also hummed and sang loudly to the radio music they listen to the entire time. She was flippant and just very unprofessional in the few times i’ve had her. i feel like i’m complaining too much so I wont mention the dental hygienist’s i’ve had as well. the front desk people were too kind for me to ask in person, but I want off their schedules and call lists. would not return there.
South Coast Family Dentistry is the only dentist office in Coos and Curry counties that was able to get me in within 6 weeks in fact they were able to schedule me same day. They made my complicated job clearance paperwork easy and quick!
Horrible. Wouldn’t tell me about the fact my insurance IS NOT a preferred provider until AFTER. I asked on the call AND in the room no one could tell me until it was time to pay. Ended up being sent to a specialist that told me I didn’t need a specialist and now we have to PAY a surgery fee for something this clinic could have done but didn’t. #racket
