Our Boxing and Kick Boxing classes are all taught by fighters or fight trainers ready to get you in the fighting shape. The classes all have the same format ( 10 minute Warm up and Stretch, 40 minute Boxing or Kick Boxing Workout, 10 minute Core Training ) but all of the instructors have their own style and techni...ques. The great thing about this is that you get to learn from different instructors who are all knowledgeable about the sport.
Jump into the Octagon with our grapplers and learn some Jui-Jitsu. Most fight's end up on the ground and if you dont know what your doing you are going to be in trouble. Jui-Jitsu will teach you take downs and submissions but it is also an intense workout.
One of the great things that our gym has is a Fitness Facility. You are not going to find fitness equipment in most boxing gyms but you will in ours. We have Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bicycles, and the lates in weight training equipment. Once you join the gym all of the classes are included and all access to the fitness equipment.
