Great experience! Staff was very kind and informative when making my appointment. Advised me of what to expect and reminded me to bring my prescription so that my exam could be done without any delays. Great location and facility. Minimal wait time to begin my exam and the staff was very helpful and put me at ease. My results were sent the following day, which helped expedite my treatment. I would definitely return and recommend this facility to others. They have later appointments compared to other facilities and are even open Saturdays!
It is one of the worst imaging test services I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unefficient. Never get my imaging tests, despite staying in the crowded waiting area for more than 2 hours. They have unpredictable "busy" office hours and let long lines form outside in the hallway, so basically, if you don't have an appointment, don't even show there. Even with appointments, the waiting time is beyond any reasonable medical service. Also, it's extremely difficult to get an online or phone appointment. Extremely deficient imaging center. This medical office genuinely represents how mediocre, ineffective, inefficient, and burocratic a medical office could be; it is, in few words, a total waste of money and time...so, it's HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
My experience at South Florida Diagnostic Imaging was a 10! The staff confirmed my appointment ahead of my visit and received me promptly, upon arrival. Testing was completed in a timely manner and technician Marieva was an absolute delight. The facility is clean, organized and conveniently located in Kendall. I will be sure to return for all my screening needs going forward.
I have been to South Florida Diagnostics on several occasions for a variety of studies. I must say my most recent visits were exceptional. Hayley, who did both vascular studies was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable & competent, she also provided guidance. Hayley demonstrated passion for her work & genuine concern for my situation & well-being. I’m extremely grateful for Hayley, Lily and the team for their professionalism, attention and care. These ladies are wonderful!
Five stars across the board for this Diagnostic Center. I have been coming here for years. Short wait times when you call to make an appointment. Short wait times at the center the day of your appointment. The authorizations department is on point. And all the technicians are professional and caring. Lastly it is very much cost-efficient compared to other diagnostic Centers. Highly recommend!
I suffered an injury to my knee when an undertow in the ocean knocked me down. My knee was in excruciating pain, swollen and I was unable to walk. My doctor ordered an MRI to rule out possible ligament and meniscus tear on my knee. His office staff recommended this center. I asked for a CD image to take to my doctor and they charged me $5 while other imaging centers are free, it’s not about the money it is about the principle. Ridiculous!! I’ve been here several occasions and there’s always been a long wait to be seen by technicians. I think the staff schedules too many patients at the same time. Unacceptable! My time is very valuable and I don’t appreciate the long wait time to be seen!!
Quick service in and out because the clinic I attend has a office space reseved for its patience. To attend them separatedly from the rest. Waiting oitside relax environment cool breeze sitting on cement bench for all local public of all who visit pavilion office building where south florida diagnostic imaging is located on 1st. Floor. In suite 102. Parking for disabled as well as reserved for individuals who work here only. Drop off and pick up parking space available.
Avoid this place like a plague. This place routinely overbooks appointments and you are going to wait and wait. My wife waited 2 hours because of course they were running late. Results take minimum five days to be ready when in most places the turn around is 48 hours. I was told by staff member that management doesn't care about improving the service quality and they are underpaid. Demand better and do not accept mediocre service. I would give it a minus zero review if I could.
Extremely long waits. Barking dogs allowed in the patient waiting area. Overbooking is clearly obvious. And now, my test results not forwarded to my Primary over a week later when they told me 3 days. I do not recommend. This is the first and last time I will use their services.
Whoever the "guy" was that answered my call today, was so belligerent and cutting me off, after I tried to explain it to him, that every other xray place I called, took the code I gave him. But "he" couldnt use this code, and wanted a code from me, I DONT HAVE!! Why get into an argument with the customer??? Learn a little thing called: CUSTOMER SERVICE please!
