Horrible services! Front staff extremely disrespectful and super lazy. They don’t provide accurate information about the patients needs in my case I need my vaccine records for school purpose and supposedly they can’t give it because you haven’t had an appointment with them for years. I’m extremely disappointed with the services they have provided until now the doctor here is Dr. Jorge Luaces and back when he used to be my pediatrician people around him used to be a lot more professional and they better understood the needs of the public! I really hope this place is able to come back to how they used to be before.

Best doctor and pediatrician I've known. Always answer my questions, and when you call the answering service, the doctor calls back and addresses the concern. I recommend Luaces MD and his wife. Also the office is beautiful painted.

Today I take a time to review this medical office, because this is the only way I have to express my feeling about it. When the Doctors loses the SENSITIVITY towards his patients, he ceases to be a good doctor even if the diagnoses are accurate. I know my daughter is a number for you, but is the world for me. The business needs to improve in a costumer services and management because is a children’s factory. Unfortunately, not all the children are healthy.

Dr Luaces and Dr Avis Capote are among the best pediatricians. Very kind people. Old school doctors more interested in your child health than in charging insurance for unnecessary tests. I really recommend their services and loving care. My daughter Ivana is superhealthy thanks to their advice.

I have a new born and this doctor made me sit in a car for 3 hours Just for something simple didn't even take 5 minutes inside His staff are Rude And if you work in a doctor's office the less you should know is English

The most lousy care seen there from the nursing staff, and even more lousy from the doctors, the doctor via capote is the least professional person, she has a super despot character, without a drop of professional ethics, rabble, I don't understand how it is possible that Those doctors are still practicing and treating children who, incidentally, have to deal with their parents, if you tell them you want them to refer your child to a specialist, they tell you who the doctor is. You or I have horrible treatment, the service at the front is lousy too
