South Lafayette Parking

The curb appeal is way better than a typical parking structure. It's clear they kept the neighborhood and surrounding businesses in mind when planning to build this. Clean, easy in - easy out! As of 8/24/2023, the first 2 hours are free. I hope the city extends this, it helps local businesses.

Good place to park and decently priced. Be wary that if you park at the top, it may take awhile to get out of the garage is full for an event or concert.

I've been waiting 30 minutes on the 3rd level to get out and haven't moved. Nobody is moving. I won't park here again for a show.

Inexpensive yet have to pay when you leave causing traffic backup

Clean and well lit. First two hours are free and only 75 cents an hour after. Electric vehicle charging station on level 2, there might be more, not sure. If you use cash you need to pay at the walkup paystation on the ground level near the entrance. Credit is accepted at the exit gate.

Got stuck in here last night after a show at the ROMT and the car in front of me couldn't get out so none of us could. Tried to enter my card and same thing happened to me. Pushed button for emergency service and attendant was so rude and had no idea where we were. Ridiculous. She was short tempered. Well, so we we because we we stuck. Train the attendant and fix the gate system so it doesn't happen again. Better yet, have an attendant that can fix issues on the spot.

The 2 hours of free parking really saved our bacon! The structure was well lit and it had multiple stairway entries and an elevator.

First 2 hours are free which is super convenient. Always an attendant. Easy in and out. Safe and walking distance from everything. Plenty of parking and also electric charging stations as well.

Worst customer service. I’ve been charged twice for monthly after I selected not to be charged for that certain month. I have called four times and left three messages. No replies. And now my money is down the drain because I can’t get in contact for someone to refund me. Hopefully someone will see this a reach out.
