Place is disgusting, trailers are mold infested, stray dogs that attack people, maintenance people are functioning crack heads who have admitted to not knowing what they are doing, they have favoritism issues, mailboxes are to old to open the delivery men and woman have to take mail to them , trailers In sweetbriar have rats because of the trash they have piled up over there !! Someone recently got shot!! They charge for well water which is illegal, all the good comments are from the people that work there so of course they are lying , it’s way more bad comments then positive Just think about that!!

Slum lords. Very sad. Very hostile interactions at every monthly visit from Courtney in their office. Maintenece does not perform Maintenece and they have admittedly confessed they do not know what they are doing. Refuse to reimburse for emergency repairs. Lots of mold followed by health issues. Two dog attacks from residents free range animals. Child was almost ran over by Maintenece personal vehicle the front office did nothing about the situation. Dozens of abandoned trailers falling in, lots of hazard, lots of angry residents due to lack of professionalism. Wrongfully charged on a monthly basis with no explanation. Threats of eviction for asking for reimbursement of repairs. Electrical fire. Exposed sewage throughout neighborhood. Asked a pregnant woman to remove the broken fridge that was included with the rental into the road by herself down steps. Refused to help her. Cannot drive thru the neighborhood due to pot holes, garbage and fallen debris from trailer and Maintenece. Large trash fires from Maintenece. Slum lords facing serious criminal offense. 50+ video photo evidence

STILL LOVING MY LITTLE HOME BASE! Very welcoming, professional & helpful. Made my visit, looking nfor a place to move, totally stress free. ADDITION: I've lived here 3 mos now & live it. Great neighbors, management & my spot is perfect for me.

First they gave a 50 amp site which I did have an adapter for, then they switched me a 30 Amp, the electricity did nor work. I tried calling the office and the voice mail was full. There was broken glass everywhere. No restrooms or showers. was full. So we had no ele tric the first night

Glad it was there. It was after dark when we turned into this campground. A very helpful lady came out and helped us get settled. This campground is on a very small stripe of land. We were parked very close to the service road. Most of the other sites were occupied by construction workers. All of this being said, it was fine staying here. We were just passing through town.

Friendly Staff, amazing pricing for monthly stay. I recommend staying here for anyone who wants to be close to Atlanta without dishing out and arm and a leg

I give this place zero stars. I can't comment on management as I have never had interaction with them. However I will comment on the appearance of this place. I have never lived here or stayed here and NEVER will. A friend referred this place to me saying it was nice and should be reasonably priced. Today I rode through to check it out. What I saw was a nasty run down place. The saying trailer park trash really fit this place. A bunch of outdated trailers that look run down. The only thing that looked nice was the playground. I would live in a cheap hotel before living here. I told my friend yes I can tell you haven't seen this place in years many years. I only put one star because I had to.

Unfortunately I lived here for almost a year. The park is very nasty!! They do not keep up with the property, there is always a major water leak, my neighbors have sewage coming from under there house. The park does not keep up the property to code. The park is full of drunk and drug addicts. They try to control who can have at your house. The police are always in the park due to crime. They will not repair your trailer no matter how many work orders you put in. The office claims to be trying to get all the "drug addicts" out but half of the park employees are "drug addicts" I have never lived at such a unprofessional and nasty place!!

My family and I lived on Thomas drive for 8 years. This year the so called workers started telling lies on my husband saying he called them names and giving him the finger. My husband is 65 years old and is not a child. One worker told him he was going o break his neak. We were told we could have another trailer away from them but the weekend to move they called and said we had to move. True enough water is nasty and mold and floors falling in and they just fix what they won't. Please if you know someone lives there tell them to leave. All of them are on drugs and selling it. We live now is awsome.

If you have to live here you desperately need some life changes. I was just passing through but the place is neglected. It is a cash cow for the owner and obviously the owner has no holy spirit in them.
