If I could give the customer service I received at this location 0 stars, I would. Both when I was checking in and returning the truck, the rep who helped me I believe her name is Princess, she was short with glasses and red and black braids has an absolutely disgusting  attitude and should not be working in customer service of any type. Not only was she rude, she kept mumbling and when I asked for her to speak up, she acted as if it was an issue. My reservation was at 5pm and there was a truck blocking mine so she told us to “just wait” for whenever the other customer took the blocking truck out. I called the next to ask if I could extend for an hour, she said yes and I asked how much it would be, she refused to tell me and just hung up. When my mom came in to return the truck, the same rep refused to get out her seat to direct my mom as to where to leave it. Instead, she kept pointing out the window in a vague direction. I get it, U haul customer service probably have to deal with a lot, but we were polite the entire time and there’s no excuse.

Over the past 5 years, our family has rented the cargo van, 10' and 15' trucks from this facility and always had a positive experience. I recommend going online 1-2 weeks ahead to reserve, especially if you're doing a weekend move.Their hours are convenient, plus they have a drop box if you have to return the vehicle after hours. It's worth paying for the furniture pads, but make sure you fold the pads neatly when you return them to avoid a fee. Likewise, with filling up the gas tank before you return it.

Washington U-Haul was the least helpful customer service and experience I have had in philadelphia. I would highly recommend going to either Penske or Enterprise across the street. I am now stuck with a 156$ ticket from U-Haul and after being on and off hold for an hour and a half I am still stuck with this ticket.  Penske - 1216 Washington Ave 19147

Horrible customer service,not informative at all and the gentleman or womencouldn’t tellthat helped me was rude & act like I was bothering them. Stay clear of this place.

Price = 10/10 Service = 1/10 I understand how tired it is to help customers at 8am morning but the lady in the front desk is very ruse. She was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The lady there almost sounded like I did something wrong i am the one paying for the service and thinks that everyone knows the process here. She got annoyed when i asked her a simple question. Rude and disrespectful. This was my third time here and I was extremely disappointed with her attitude and I really hope that the manager fix the issue like this.

I had a terrible experience. I reserved a truck online the morning of because it said they had some available. When I showed up there was no truck available and they blamed it on a system error. They offered nothing to help us. I said that we only needed the uhaul for 30 minutes max and there were 2 parking lots full of uhauls. They said there was nothing they could do and walked away from me while I was talking. I will never go here again.

There’s a reason they are cheap. You get cheap support, the elevators don’t work and they don’t care

Trying to get an incorrect charge refunded with corporate and no one is of any help.  This store changed the location of my reservation - whatever, I can deal. Then they cancelled it day of. The kicker, though, is that they apparently marked a HUGE order of moving supplies that I guess I added to my order by mistake online?!? picked up when I NEVER even set foot in the store. Customer service is an absolute nightmare and totally thinks I'm trying to scam them. Now I'm short cash for all kinds of random stuff - boxes, furniture pads, tv wraps, dollies, I never needed and certainly DID NOT pick up. Sucks to be taken advantage of by the only affordable moving rental option!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Customer service was rude and mumbling  everything she said, having me to keep asking "excuse me what?".  I was assigned a vehicle that was completely blocked in by two trucks and I was told to wait until the customer next to me finished his rental purchase so he could move his truck from in front of mine.

The worst customer service experience of my entire life. Rude and nasty for no reason! Won’t be coming back here again.
