It's a really nice place with a nice store with good selection of things reasonable priced good paved drive with gravel spots. Nice laundry room well kept with plenty of trash bins. A exceptional trail behind the park with access to the creek. A very well maintained park! And on a clear day you can see Mt.Rainier!
Lived here for a year. We love the park as it is convenient to everything, yet far enough that you feel out in not mans land. Nice river walk, trail goes a long ways. Nice people. Fair about electric rates...metered. Had a recent rent increase, but it is one of the nicest safest parks in the area. Honestly, really nice and stays full too.
In an area with very few rv parks, this park is by far the most economical and cleanest around. Is it a full on resort?? No. Is it a very clean, well maintained, conveniently located park with fair pricing for long and short term stays?? YES! We have stayed there twice for extended periods and had nothing but good experiences there. Anyone who thinks they can find better in this area should absolutely do their research, there’s nothing better in all of western Washington! We will definitely be staying here again!!! Great store, with lots of convenient stuff including propane. Cable tv for free, and very reasonable price on electric service. Do your research before you bash on this place!!
This park is nice when you wear rose covered glasses. After staying a month here. This is our experience. From day 1, everyone in the park is super nice. Lots of permanent residents, which we don't mind. We were parked in row B, where there are a ton of little yappy dogs and owners who do nothing about it. Bathrooms/showers are big, spacious & clean-ish, a little attention to detail goes a long ways. Showers are $1.50 for 8 minutes, and you have to use their tokens. Laundry room is a bit dated looking but newer tiny commercial washer & dryers. The park also offers a lovely concrete walking path that is closed at 8pm. Which is fine but the park does not offer any additional grass areas to walk your pet at night if you get home late. The whole area we were in was gravel. From when I booked our reservation to when we finally arrived, our rate went up $100 without telling us. I just happened to read another review about the park prior to our arrival which warned me of this. Unfortunately I could not find another park to accommodate our monthly stay dates, so we had no choice but to pay the extra $100. The park does NOT allow you to get mail, with no exceptions. I made the mistake and had our mail forwardering company send us our email after a month, the office with no exceptions wouldn't even listen and just kept repeating themselves "we don't accept mail." You're only allowed to use the bathroom & showers from 7am-8pm only. Which wasn't a problem until our toilet broke in our rv a few days before departing. Not having access to an amenity we paid $850 for sucks. Owner is nice the few times I saw him. They have a store with plenty of drinking options and snacks, propane refill on-site. Things just keep adding up. For the price of the park, and lack of 24 access to basic needs. Lots of handholding rules here. Rules are always changing, Gotta keep reading everything on the doors. We are happy to be gone.
Worst Campground in America! This would have been stop #61 as we traveled across the US. This stop was going to be a special 1 month visit to the Seattle area. we were a little reluctant to book at this particular park and should have gone with our gut and other reviews, not our checkbook. Found the check-in employee and the Park in general shocking! *They had no record of our $200 deposit, *tried to put us into a spot too small for our Rig, *tried to add on a $ 10.00 extra fee for animals even those ours were going into a kennel. No on ever mentioned a fee for animals and not listed on their web page, *raised the monthly rate by $100, *the park looked like a rock quarry parking lot, hot, and not even a picnic table at the site *We asked numerous times to speak with the manager or owner and were denied. We were expecting to pay $750 a month. You can imagine our shock! This facility was definitely not worth that! but the agent became very rude and unreasonable and started calling us names. This is the first time in our camping experience that we have encountered such rude and unethical business practices. Campers BEWARE!!!
This is a rare RV park with year round camping and wonderful scenery . A river and a Jogging trail right next to it. Small town feeling with mainstream USA right up the hill. Staff is amazing. The park is well kept and tended to Wonderful management
Nice place to stay. Mostly gravel sites and paved roads. They have done major upgrades to wifi. Its available over whole park. The cable is digital so you need to check out a box and call to activate. There are quite a few channels. On a clear day you can see Mt Rainier. Store has long hours and a nice variety of snacks and beverages. Their rates are very competitive.
Wonderful place to park your RV Fifth Wheel, safe with paved walking trail creek access, laundry, shower and a convenient store, great manager and staff…KUDOS

The employees in the convenience store and owner of the park are very friendly and welcoming! Access to the Foothills trail for biking / walking is gorgeous. Highly recommended!
