South Ridge Pediatric Dentist

Pros: fun/friendly staff that are great with all the kiddos! Colorful, inviting waiting room. Always clean! Cons: It's a lot of dentistry going on, in a small area. Parking could be better, but again. Only due to space.

i dont know how this place has a 4.5 . i went there and i feel like it needs to be a 2.5 because my teeth hurt so bad and i dont think my little brother is going to want to go back to the dentist once he goes there because i dont want to go there. The new dentists are very rough when cleaning teeth, she was cleaning my teeth but it felt like she was pulling my teeth out, i dont recommend to go here because your child will leave here crying.

This was my first time coming to the new location. I was previously driving to Davidson. I love the convenience of the location. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Hannah was super sweet. She greeted my son and I with a smile, kept me informed about his treatment. I received excellent customer service! We love Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry!

I have been bringing my children to this dentist office for many years. I have three children and they have all gotten there teeth cleaned by these sweet and amazing ladies. Thank you ladies and gents. Keep doing your great work with the little people.

My kids hate going to the dentists but yesterday Summer at Charlotte Pediatric dentistry in Kannapolis made them feel so welcome and at home! She was amazing with them! Everyone there was just so nice!! Thank you all for being so welcoming!

I have 3 children and Smile Kannapolis always accommodates us very well. I always dread doctors appointments and such, because of the long wait times. Fortunately, every time we visit, we are always out in about 30 minutes, which is a huge relief! I can't think of any other medical practice that I could say the same. The assistants are so sweet and great with the kids. At our last visit, my younger daughter, who's 3, was not easy to deal with at all. The lady cleaning her teeth stayed calm, was very sweet to my daughter, and got the job done quickly. She even put on some Christmas music for her. The dentist is so nice and personable and you can tell he really cares for his patients. My kids and I love this place. I've lived in Concord for 2 years and I still make the extra drive to Kannapolis. It is well worth it because of the amazing staff. Highly recommend!!!

They were so gentle with my kids and made their first visit amazing for them. The staff made my babies feel very comfortable even me. Very welcoming very clean environment and overall great with the kids.

Would not recommend especially if you have private insurance. The treatment plan said my daughter had 10 cavities and that she needed crowns and root canals. My daughter was 8 years old and all this work was in baby teeth. Went to get a second opinion and turns out my daughter only had two cavities and didn't need any of the work that this place suggested. Don't recommend
