Super happy! I have a large family, so our orders are usually large as well. Not only was the gentleman who took my order honest in explaining an order of that size would take longer it was ready at time he said, but was so friendly and nice. Everything was correct, even the special instructions for picky kids, and tasted GREAT and the portions were excellent for the price- and packaged really well. I don't think I've ever been anywhere I felt so appreciated as a customer; their in person customer service was stellar. I'm also the lone vegetarian in my fam and they have so many options that meet my requirements. I absolutely would go back and plan to soon! For reference, we ordered on a Sunday at 4:30pm. Awesome local business to support.
The salads were fresh and second batch of garlic bread after we sent back the first batch that was really badly burned was good. The lasagna was good and the spaghetti with meat sauce was okay. It was the pricing that outraged us. We ordered from the menu that was on our table, a menu such as was on every other table in the restaurant and which had prices posted for each item. I always know to the penny what a restaurant meal will cost me, adding it in my head as we order. And I knew our meal of lasagna, spaghetti, and 2 house salads would cost $24 plus my soda and tax. Imagine my astonishment when they charged me $66!!! When I protested the proprietor said he had been a bit surprised by that figure, BUT HE LET THAT CHARGE STAND until after I put my credit card in the machine and saw the figure myself. After putting of heads together it was determined that I somehow had been charged double prices. So the 2 proprietors then present started adding prices out loud, but, wait, those weren’t the prices from the menu, what were they? Oh, I was told those menus were at least 6 years old and that it clearly states on the front of each menu that prices are subject to change without notice. What kind of scam is this that I was allowed to order from a menu whose prices were known to be at least 6 years outdated????? So my roughly $27 dinner became $42, and I am more than outraged. Besides the price scam, this was no $42 meal with it being served on paper plates and cups with plastic utensils. NEVER will I return to this dishonest restaurant. And I will warn others of the deceptive practices I experienced.
It's kind of a hole in the wall but the food is good. I like their Buffalo Chicken pizza. You do want to make dure they get your order correct because they have pizza and subs with the same name. My daughter in law had ordered a pizza and they had made a sub by mistake.
The place needs to add the prices to their menu. Being told to "call the place" for the cost could mean anything. They can easily change the price anytime and fool the customers. Add the prices so we know what we're paying for.
Try to eat here every Tuesday night before we go to church and bible study. Fast friendly service with great food. ReasonableFood: 5/5
Come on guys, if your going to charge 16-18 dollars for a Marg Pizza at least get some real basil and parm. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the first time I ordered this pizza it was good to go. I ate it, but this is ridiculous. At least don't charge me full price for .10 cents worth of dried basil and shaker bottle parm.
I used to like their pizza but I ordered one today and it seems very different. The crust is not fresh and the red sauce has no flavor. It seems like the quality has changed.
Ordered a large order of fries and this is what i got... Definitely expected a bit more for 5 dollars. Afraid to see what the small size would be... Besides that the cheese pizza was good and the delivery was quick.
