Sept. 2023: I feel I owe this business an update a couple of more stars from my original review posted earlier this year one star. Things have improved a bit, and I am still a customer. The machines are maintained better than they were previously, and the car does emerge clean. Hopefully this will remain the case through this upcoming winter when we really need a good carwash! Jan. 2023: Used to be an OK car wash. Now it is horrible. I have three subscriptions for my three cars and have done business there since it opened. The equipment is now always in disrepair. The overhead brush has not worked in weeks and the cars comes out as filthy as they went in. I am cancelling my subscriptions - waste of money.

Terrible car wash…not inexpensive and car emerges very dirty..especially on hood and top. Paid for underbody wash that didn’t even come on. Try someplace else!

I brought my Honda CRV in a mess. There was pine sap all over it. I was sure I would get it back with some still remaining but they got it all off!!! They cleaned it so beautifully I love my car again! What an awesome job. Would recommend them any time!!Service: Auto detailing

Funny, the box about scratch removal: to the contrary, THEY put a huge, deep scratch in my new car I’ve had it for two days. It happened in the middle of the wash, I heard a loud scraping, it sounded as though my car was being ripped apart, scared me! I looked over my shoulder to where the sound was but could only see suds and brushes. I called, they denied what happened, offered ridiculous excuses, and they were very rude. So now my new-to-me car has a giant gash on it. Horrible place, dishonest people. Since this happened several people have told me of the damage their own cars have received at this place, each one being refused repair. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are several other car washes in the area that will not seriously damage your car. It’s well worth driving a little farther to reach one of those.

Try Craft Detailing in Dedham. It's all hand washed and air compressed. No scratching. Had my cars done in 30 min while I shopped. It was a nice treat. So far the wash is holding up nicely with all the salts on the roads. It's been a week and clear coat and tires looks shiny! Since I haven't been to this machine wash, I gave it 3 stars so that it got some stars.

I'll update the rating when this gets fixed... I am a repeat customer due to its convenient location and I always tip. I've not had a problem with the staff here. Customer service has always been good and staff friendly. In the beginning when they first opened the wash would miss spots on the back of the suv/truck but it did seem to improve. It is a gentle carwash which is a good thing. My complaint is the tri-color polish has not worked in almost a year. I keep paying for it so maybe that's my fault but I've mentioned it in person and the staff member basically said it's been a headache to get it to flow properly since the carwash opened. Either fix it or don't offer people to pay for it. That's bad business and I've been paying for it for a year...

Pretty good results for an auto car wash. Gets most of the dirt and pollen and the rinse water seems fairly clear and spot-free. Even got the wheels clean. Pricey, but reasonable for the area in which it is located.

Will not use again, gaps of dirt and grime still on my car where the brushes did not hit... no one did a prewash with a sprayer, which may have eliminated a partial of that even though there was a person at the entrance stay away Waste of precious water resources on the south shore.
