Don't bother. The guys here are clearly working hard and it's appreciated but for $65 leaving smudges, hard water spots, and new scratches is a sore deal.
Took my car there for a wash on 7/13. When I returned after an hour my car did not start, I noticed that they left my high beam light on, why would anyone have their high beams lights on at 11am. I asked the cashier inside to assist with locating someone who can assist with giving my car a jump. The manager assisted with locating a staff member for help. I was immediately blamed for my car not starting. The staff member kept telling me I left my car lights on and I shouldn’t do that and they are not allowed to touch the lights. Which is ridiculous because they do wipe down the car. It’s ridiculous that after leaving my car for them to wash that was on that I would get blamed for my car not starting rather than immediately assisting with the issue. In addition to that the staff member brought out a battery charger that was unable to restart the car. He even got frustrated with me saying I was not starting my car properly. I’m assuming this treatment was due to me being a woman. He finally got another car to jump my car. I am extremely appalled by the treatment I received for an error they made. I understand mistakes are made and I was ready to just receive some assistance in resolving the issue and move in, but instead I get mistreated and belittle by the employee. Will never go back, I do not recommend you go back. This was the worse customer service I have ever received at any car wash in my life.
Do waste your money on this place l. It’s expensive, there’s always a line and they don’t be clean the car good from inside. Also, there machine it’s old and it scratches the surfaces of your carService: Auto interior vacuuming
Service was just terrible. Car got scratched contacted them and manager was rude. They didn’t want to take any liability, manager claim it didn’t happen there. I asked if they could review camera footage and they didn’t want to. Please go somewhere else. Also cleaning was poorly done. Save your money. Zero stars for this place
I got super disappointed with the quality of the service. The outside was ok but inside looks like no one cleaned it. A lot marks and dust. I should’ve believe on the reviews here. I know I should’ve said something but I didn’t have to energy to complain and get moody. Btw- I got the 37.99 car wash which I believe it was the best one. Never AGAIN
This is a good car wash, you don't wait long and my truck always looks good. Bring a ten dollar bill or a fiver for the guys wiping your car down
Classic case of "if you want it done right, do it yourself." In this case, it's matter of "if you want it done at all, go somewhere else or do it yourself." After a fall, winter, and early spring of driving around in the mountains, snow, and deserts of CA, I decided to finally pull the roof rack off my car and wash it. I ended up at Shoreline car wash figuring they'd do a pretty good job since that's their job. I was really interested in the underbody spray they advertised on the big wash-options board, since the road salt in winter is murder on the bottom of your car. I opted for the Superwash for $18.99 Well, no underbody rise. It was bone-dry after they were through. Every other car was equally dry underneath. I asked Israel, the manager, about it and he said they spray it down. Clearly false. The inside of my car was pretty dusty from driving in the desert this spring and it was still decently dusty after they vacuumed and wiped it down, especially the window sills. There were also plenty of spots on the dash that can definitely be removed that weren't. The kicker though was all the mud and dirt left in my wheels. I went back in and let them know my wheels were still muddy and Israel said they don't clean that part. They start the wash with pressure-washers, so I'm not sure how they let that go. I definitely cannot recommend this place. They're usually busy though, and they wash the glass and exterior parts ok, but c'mon. I also watched them slam another car into the car-washing track pretty hard. If you had low-profile tires on your car, you'd definitely have dings on your wheels from that. Do not go here! Waaaaay too expensive for the service and final product. All pictures are post-wash.
Terrible cleaning. Had to go home and clean the car myself. Don't waste your money here. I honestly feel angry and cheated. Asked them to do better on the outside and they said I'd need a polish for that. I asked for the cloth and showed them it comes right off, they still wouldn't do it. Really annoying. See pictures AFTER the cleaning. Would give them 0 if I could.
I ordered the exterior wash. They cleaned my rear window from the inside which wasn't needed. The employee giving back my keys to me was careless and hit my car with my keys too.
