I was told I needed a root canal by another dentist so I booked an appointment with this practice. I don't know why this practice has bad reviews. The doctor explained everything to me, was professional and caring. He told me I was not in need of a root canal and what needed to be done. If you need a professional don't hesitate to call them.

This place is so shady. Besides for the greed and the money making schemes they do here, Dr. Browdy is paranoid about people videoing his work so he won't allow a parent in the room when the child or teen is getting a root canal. he explained that to me when I asked why I can't be present Obviously he is not confident that his work is good, otherwise what does he have to hide? Additionally, they do not allow cell phone use in the waiting room- there are seven ! signs in the tiny waiting room that say "no cell phone use allowed." Something very sketchy is going on here. The receptionist is sweet but she is scared of the Dentist so she goes along with his schemes. and BTW we did leave as soon as he numbed my daughter and then said he would only do the root canal if he put her under anesthesia...So I went to another Dentist and paid out of pocket but every penny was worth it because you cannot allow Dr. Browdy anywhere near your mouth BEWARE of this guy !

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. Terrible service, absolutely terrible. The doctor is a greedy, manipulative man who only wants your money. He preys on immigrant populations who do not speak English very well and tries to get them to agree to his laser technology. Front desk staff are extremely RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE. They don't know the first thing about decent customer service, probably because they are overworked. The one lady I always encounter is answering phones, filling out forms and taking dental x-rays all at the same time. AVOID COMING TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

Dr. Browny is very professional explains each step of the way,constantly checks to see that you are comfortable,painless root canal highly recommend him and his assistant. The office receptionist is very pleasant and hey are all very knowledgable. I recommend him.

This guy is a terrible man please for your own good don’t ever go to this guys place ever. his wife is super nice but he is such a cruel heartless person he deserves nothing. He doesn’t care about you only his dirty money. Hes not compassionate for the patient doesn’t even make you feel comfortable but scared.

Very friendly and professional..The doctor and assistant worked in precision .I was explained in detail about my root canal and at no time did I ever experience any pain what so ever during the whole procedure..I would definitely go back there again if needed..

Had a root canal done here and it went great! Painless and quick. Dr. Browdy and staff were awesome!
