The two star is my money has a place to sit and checks can be cashed by app. I wouldn’t advise anyone to join this bank personally because you constantly have to practice patience with their issues. The issue is money you think you have when you check your bank card may not really be there it’s just showing it’s there because the bank system hasn’t updated. You constantly have to add and subtract behind their system. I didn’t have to do that with previous banks unless it was a check. It’s so hard. When I did the time I’m leaving if they don’t change.
Your bank is unprofessional trying to take someone's house like my deceased parents house that I grew up in worried about money than families.
I love this bank, I don't understand the bad reviews. The staff here is incredibly friendly and they know me by name just seeing my face in the drive thru camera. I don't know any other bank I've ever had that literally knew who I was and greeted me by name every time I stop by for a deposit. I haven't tried any other loans through them but I'm hoping to open an IRA with them soon and I'm confident that they will be just as willing to help as they are each time I visit
The staff is awesome and friendly. I got the lowest rate around for my motorcycle loan. They know me by name even though I don't go in that often. I recommended this bank to all my friends. Its basically a local credit union in the guise of a bank.
Awesome place just got my first debit card and
Called to inquire about home equity loan. Went through all their pre recorded prompts then Was on hold over 25 minutes before being connected to a call center. Terrible, impersonal customer service. Don't bank here.
Slow, unfriendly and they charge to cash a check written from their bank
