I cannot say enough great things about this office. I switched here after disliking my last office, and Dr Craven and staff have been absolutely amazing. They’re all so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist is Kelly, and she is knowledgeable, sweet and super personable. I always look forward to going and seeing her, she always makes me laugh and smile! I highly recommend Southampton Family Dentistry!

Southampton Family Dentistry has been wonderful to us for the past 8ish years! Very accommodating and always looking to do right by their customers. The schedulers are always as accommodating and flexible as they possibly can be. The hygienists are amazing Kelly is super thorough, skilled, friendly, and always does an excellent job, and my kids always have a great experience with Caitlin. Both Dr. Craven and Dr. Gresh have gone above and beyond for me and my kids over the years whether it’s making fillings easy or fixing a chipped tooth super quickly. We couldn’t be happier with Southampton Family Dentistry and we feel very lucky to have found them! Highly recommend!

I have never had as great an experience at a dentist as I did recently with Dr. Gresh. I was greeted by friendly faces and was told what to expect over the phone - they informed me to come only 5 minutes in advance since all my paperwork was completed. I was taken in on time and the entire appointment was professional, efficient and very enjoyable. I have multiple family members who also go here and I couldn’t be more thankful for their recommendation of this practice. I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

The building is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. It was warm and inviting. Kelly was my hygienist she was funny and very gentle. I recommend Southampton Dentistry

I had a 2 PM appointment for 2 kids. They just needed regular cleaning / check ups. Nothing complicated. Got them out of school. Was told to get there 10 min early, and I tried, but I got there at 2:04. At 2:20 they took the first kid. At 2:50 they announced they wouldn't have time for the 2nd kid. I could have left him in school. Would have had him go first had I known they would not also give quick check up to both kids.:. Next available appointment after school is in 10 weeks. All rather sad. It seemed like the reception desk people and the hygienist were not exactly on the same team or perhaps just having a bad day.

I was a new patient here today and Hope is an amazing hygienist. I'm pregnant and was a little worried about the cleaning be painful due to some increased gum sensitivity but it was not! It was easy to book and the front desk staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Extremely friendly staff waited on me promptly and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Gresch was very nice, she has a great chairside manner and gave me options about how to move forward with my dental care. I have to return for more procedures but I know that I'm in good hands with Southampton Family Dentistry.

My daughter and I have been going here since she was little. She is 17 now. We have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is kind, professional, and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and feel like a welcome guest.

The people at the front desk are so rude.They are closing the south Hampton location,and I hope the two girls that are there now do not move with them. Can’t answer simple questions,like can you refer me some where . The dentists that work there are top of the line.They treat you with respect ,and also explain things very clearly I have always liked them.They deserve to be represented properly!!

I had an exceptional experience as a new patient. Kelly was my hygienist, and was efficient and friendly. Dr. Gresh provided professional care and answered any questions I had. This is now my new dental office which I highly recommend!
