Dr. Southard and her staff are awesome. They are so personable. They feel like friends. I have allergies and I have to be careful of certain chemicals. It was not easy but they were determined. They went through many brands and suppliers until they found a set of products that I was NOT allergic to! They even put my name on it to make sure it wasn't just used up and not available when I arrived. They have found other patients as well who have benefited from their research. I appreciate them so much! They are so personable. They treat you like family!
My first time visit, my hygienist was very pleasant, respectful, nice, and taught me a few new things. The dentist was very formal and polite. I was in and out in less than an hour.
Dr. Southard and her staff have given me back quality of life! When I first came to them I was in great despair. I had tried other doctors who said they knew how to treat TMJ. I spent a lot of money and only became steadily worse. By the time I came to Dr. Southard I could only eat soft foods, my face, neck, head, jaw, & ears all hurt to the point I thought I could never be normal again. The pain was so intense that sometimes I just sat down and cried. Dr. Southard never gave up on me. On my 1st visit she promised me that she would not release me until I was ok. She kept that promise. She never complained that I had to keep coming back. She and her staff have always be patient and compassionate with me. I live 2 hours away from her office which is a long commute, but I went monthly for various types of treatment. Believe me, it was worth the drive! If you are suffering & overcome with the feeling you will never be pain free again, please go see Dr. Southard. She will help you like she helped me. I can eat cheeseburgers again! I even had some fritos this week! There is hope in Dr. Southard's method of treatment. Please make an appointment and get your life back!!! I will forever be grateful to her and her caring staff. Took my 87 yr old Dad to get his bottom teeth pulled for dentures. Dr Rowlan and hygienist so so sweet....sorry didn't get her name were so nice and treated Dad very well. Did not have to get his teeth pulled. Cleaned his teeth and only one tooth needs pulling. Coordinating with his GP to get that done. Dad had the best experience and I am so glad to have found them. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely amazing! Went in with my mouth being an absolute wreck, & got a treatment plan that worked with my insurance too!! The assistant Amber & Dr. Southard are extremely kind, caring & judgment free. Very laid back relaxed environment with laughter in between. Very glad to be fortunate enough to have this Southard as my new Dental provider. I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10.
Dr. Southard took me from 5+ migraines a week to a few a month at max! A neurologist attempted to start me on medication which gave me horrible side effects-- Dr. Southard's treatment has kept me from taking another pill every day! I can't recommend her enough for headaches and TMJ issues.
I struggled with intense jaw pain due to TMJ since 2018 after an accident left me with a jaw injury. I’ve see other TMJ specialist, gone through physical therapy, have had teeth removed, wear TMJ mouth pieces, done weekly chiropractic visits, and more. Through all of this I’ve still struggled with pain and nothing has helped. Until I saw Dr. Southard I felt hopeless. In just one visit she gave me more information on what I’m dealing with than I’ve gotten since 2018. I left my appointment with tears in my eyes because I felt like I was finally going to get the help I needed. I cannot recommend this practice enough! I’m so thankful!

The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The environment was calm, quiet and beautifully decorated.
