What a wonderful place, the staff is so nice. I went in to have teeth cleaned, some removed, and a partial made. They were wonderful through the whole experience. Dr. Unfress explained the entire process. It was painless and he made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. Love my new partial, and was even helped further during a follow-up. I would highly recommend this dental family for all your needs.

I love helping out the smaller market companies. However, I experienced terrible service. Where to start, first I was told I need to get two root canals done which is no problem. I was referred to a specialist which was out of state insurance. I didn't catch until afterwards. No big deal but this was first red flag. Most companies referred their patience to someone who's insurance is in state to save money. I decided to go back for a zoom whiten because I was getting several things done to my teeth. After the producer I noticed my front teeth wasn't even white compared to my bottom teeth. I was told to wait 24/48hrs. I call to voice my concerns and I was scheduled a appointment. I even ask for a price range for a different service as well. I never received a call back to talk to them about price range for crowns. Honestly, it felt bad taste in my mouth. All these company know one another and it is a scam at end of day. Please do your research. The zoom whiten was terrible. I could use the whitening strips from Walmart would have better results. Since I received bad service for my zoom whiten, I wasn't going allow this company work on my crowns. I rather pay the extra money and go elsewhere. I see why the smaller company are dying off too. Never will go back. All I am saying, be careful.

Great Office Atmosphere! I loved Kelly very thorough and provided great information on teeth care. I have found our dental home! The front desk was very professional and friendly as well.

I have been coming here for years now and am always satisfied with my visit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. Dr. Umfress is efficient and does well at his job. I love that they are open every other Saturday and find that is a great service to the community. I recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist.

I had a great experience from the call to set my appointment until I left the building. The lady at the front desk and Jessica were especially nice. I really appreciate the positive vibes when I shared with them my new business venture. I look forward to coming back and sending new referrals!

Due to our busy schedule my husband and I always schedule on Saturdays. The two ladies up front are experts at keeping that office running smoothly. Can you image a dentist office on a Saturday morning....CRAZY! Their customer service never waivers even in the midst of phones ringing, the dentist asking questions and impatient people needing their attention.

I just went in for my cleaning with Kelly. She is wonderful, very thorough and gentle. I hadn't been since the pandemic started so it was really good to catch up! I recommend Southaven Dental Care for all your dental needs!

I love this dentist and all of his staff! They are very friendly, helpful and make sure to get you in ASAP if you are in pain or in my husband's case, if your crown falls off and needs to be re-seated. I love Ms. Sandy in the front office and she is extremely nice and helpful. The hygienist I saw was extra gentle I'm a big baby and everyone there has taken really good care of my whole family. And I love their coffee mugs too! :
