Reliant medical in Milford is wonderful the staff, nurses an pediatrician there are super an always willing to help I have been going there with my 3 girls since they where infants an I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want wonderful doctors for your kids an a very friendly staff to feel welcoming then use reliant medical group. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them there. They are the best.

Very friendly over the phone, appointment on the 18th for a general physical. I’ll update. Appointment was yesterday, Michael Brunell PA, he was great. Friendly, happy, knowledgeable, courteous. Still 5 start

Pediatric receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. Generally, all receptionists here act like they’re doing you a huge favor by taking your last name and date of birth. I was on a very important call while in the pediatric waiting room already checked in, sitting in a chair, not holding up a line or any other patients regarding a hospitalized family member and the receptionist interrupted me mid-conversation multiple times despite being in hearing range of the call me asking about lab results, when they can come home, etc.. When I ignored her as I was trying to hear the important information being given to me over the phone, she sighed loudly and sarcastically stated, “okay”. She continued interrupting me speaking until I finally asked the doctor I was on the phone with to hold one moment and asked the receptionist if she could please wait one moment, that I was already checked in, and I was on an important call. She refused to do so and continued asking for information. Upon seeing that I was correct in having checked in up front not sure why this had to be fact checked, she slammed her paperwork down on her desk and huffed back to her chair. Really made me feel unwelcome here during a tough situation and not sure why a receptionist would be acting like her asking me for my last name is more important than getting back LAB RESULTS. Again, there was no one else in the waiting room and she could perfectly hear what I was on the phone about.

Since December of 2021 I’ve had severe nasal issues due to allergies it is now the end of September 2022. I saw about 4 different doctors between the Southboro and Milford location and mentioned to each of them what the cause was and what worked previously. Not only was my issue prolonged due to lack of availability, but neither doctor listened to what I had to say nor did they seem empathetic. I recently saw a doctor at a different practice who listened and prescribed the medication I needed and my issue has since resolved all within less than 2 weeks. Very disappointed with Reliant Medical.

Reliant Medical took over my pediatricians office and the experience has been a NIGHTMARE. My daughter had a physical scheduled today and it was her first time driving there alone I called to let them know she was going to be late because she got lost . My daughter arrived 10 minutes late and waited for 5 minutes…the nurse was calling her in for her appointment and the RUDE pediatric receptionist said to wait because she had to check with the doctor first because she was late and they made her reschedule. We are 45 minutes away and called to let them know; although late she waited but had to reschedule This isn’t them first bad experience with Reliant but will definitely be the last!!! Staff is RUDE, billing CONSTANTLY makes mistakes and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment If you’re looking for a pediatricians office DO NOT USE RELIANT MEDICAL EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

My primary care physician is retiring. I'm being tested for neuromuscular disease. I have diabetes, severe neuropathy and low BP and have had frequent falls. Complicated medical issues and now am told. I have to go to Framingham to see a Dr. because there are no Dr.s at Milford seeing new patients over age 18. Very disappointing. since I cannot drive and have to depend on family to drive over an hour each way instead of 10 minutes each way.Was originally told that I'd be seen by a different Dr. in Milford.Then told I could see an NP. Then told No pick. new pcp from Famingham or Southborougj. I'm near Rhode Island border.Have bouts of low BP and blood sugar.Traveling that far to a PCP is physically draining.

I had a horrible experience here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Dr.Goli was one of those doctors that dosnt care what your saying. I asked him to write me a prescription for a preventative inhaler he just made it seem like i wasnt talking at all and went on to his next question. He also makes you feel like your just complaining about what your worries are He rolls his eyes a lot. I also had another appointment with a different doctor that was much worse than doctor Goli..... just dont waste your time at this place.

If you want a good doctors office stay clear of this place. Been dealing with kidney issues for 5 months and have already had surgery. I am STILL not doing better. You never get calls back for any sort of results. Even if you are in the doctors office and want to talk to a doctor and or nurse they will tell you to just call the phone number. They won't even let you talk to a nurse in person without an appointment. All around terrible experience and I'm ready to change doctors offices.

4 months to get my nieces paperwork transfered to a new state bc they want 15.85, didn't tell us until just now. My little 3 year old niece needs serious dental work and these people have been holding up the show. This is awful, she's been tortured for months bc reliant has been giving us the run around. Severely disappointed in the level of neglect received oby this office and it's supposed "professionals".

My actual doctor is super nice, the people on the phones, not so much. Been billed for stuff that insurance was supposed to pay for, and a prescription I desperately need was denied because I haven't refilled it since early this year it is an as-needed prescription! If you're looking for nice doctors, they have some, but if you're looking for help in time of need, look somewhere else. Its ridiculous.
