I really like this place, the staff is very nice, you sign in an before you can fill out the paperwork they already calling you into the back,Dr.ERIN is so sweet,kind, courteous, knowledgeable an most of all she explains everything to you so well,, she's in the right field.. the Lord will see that she goes a long way with her beautiful personality...
I love my Dr Gwinn and wouldn’t change him for anyone. He talks to me where I can understand want he’s saying about my health care and my medication that I take. The staff is always so friendly and supportive. They are the best!!!
Checkin was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Wait time was ok. Nurses were attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Muench was kind and thourgh. He asked questions, listened to my answers, gave me feedback as well as answered my questions. Nurse who drew blood was sympathetic to my phobia of needles and did and excellent job. It was a good visit. I do not think I have ever had a bad experience.
This visit was for an annual stress test, a very involved and multi-step process taking several hours. The testing began precisely when scheduled and progressed from the morning to early afternoon. Each technician explained their role, performed their duties flawlessly and was friendly. They all seemed to enjoy what they did and where they did it. Having been a patient of Dr. Gwinn for over 20 years, it has always been evident that he and the other providers create an environment of camaraderie and competence.
I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and I love my doctor Gwinn and his staff. They are all so kind to me always. Dr. Gwinn always take out the time to listen to what I have to say when I have concerns when it comes to my health. I love his bedside manner. He always shows just how much he cares for his patients. It needs to be more doctor's like him. The staff is awesome. Thanks for always taking care of me.
Dr Gwinn is the absolute best cardiologist. Been seeing him for 20+ years and have always been treated as family. Very concerned about every issue that you have and addresses them. His nurse is awesome as well. Love them both!!
Loved nurses they get 5 stars they where nice professional when the doctor come in he tried to act like I was fine never listened to my heart was rude with my mom when he said reschedule he flung the door open and left I got referred there by 2 different doctors to be seen he was very rude and I wouldn’t want him to touch me with a 20 foot pole do not go.
Staff and doctors are very nice and attentive however my appointment was for 10:15 and I was not seen until 11:40. I understand there can be delays but the patient should be tracked and informed of potential delays and not have to inquire at the front desk. It is expected that the patient arrive ahead of time. It would be common courtesy for the patient to be seen on time or informed of any delays.
Dr Centafont and his staff are great. I always get a callback in due time. The work he is putting in th help my issue is genuine and I have all the confidence in the world
