Been going here about 9 yrs.My Primary Dr. Is there and Women's clinic Labs and Pharmacy. Just like any other place ppl will have there bad days. If it wasn't for this place I don't even know where I would go.

Contact the CEO THATS OVER PARKLAND HOSPITAL GIVE THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO IS BEING RUDE HE IS A VERY GREAY GUY AND WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY COMPLAINTS.

They are checking temperature at the door, masks required. Im suprised it was this lonely.

Very rude employees. They do not listen to your concerns, they do not care about your well being. I have used this place since 2008 and it's done nothing but gone downhill since! I'm talking about the women's clinic portion of this place, nothing else.

First time in this country and I had to get my meds prescribed since I was running out of them. Walked in for an appointment to PMH South East since I had the insurance from Parkland and my meds are costly, the front office were courteous and helpful and everything was fine till I reached the office of Chao Ying. I am not sure if I did anything wrong but she started the meeting just by stating that she is not sure that I have the condition that I have been taking meds for it for 5+ years! & won’t prescribe the meds I needed. All she had to do was explain what needs to be done but instead she said she cannot refer me to any PCP or anyone and ill have to go out and do things of my own. No I was not expecting much but providing some support to someone in distress is something I would expect from someone working in a Hospital.  This is the first time I have experienced such a rude behavior and I have had my share of experiences at the hospitals! So disappointed!

These people have always been good to me .

I DO NOT suggest you go to this clinic for anything. I went there for a simple procedure. Getting an IUD placed, the Mrs. Silas was very rough and unprofessional. It’s a week later and I’ve been to ER put on antibiotics and pain meds, My CAT Scan showed she placed The IUD wrong and I have to have it removed. Safety First Ladies, check with Plan Parenthood 1st!

Do not come here. Consultants are rude and talk to you with an attitude. I’m going to the doctors for a check up for you to help me not to talk to me like I’m a child. Worst experience ever. Will never come here. EVER!!! Rude and unprofessional.

I really disliked the service from the financial service people. All the ladies that work in that office are difficult to work with and rude. They don’t take their job seriously and don’t believe in customer service. I understand that you have to see 100 people a day, but the experience is ruined with their ugly attitudes.  The front desk people in the actual Doctor’s office are friendly and welcoming. Financial service people need to take some notes and learn from the rest of the staff.

A nice neighborhood clinic that offers comprehensive and complete health care services. I have received quality and friendly services. If there was an issue ever....it was handled in a timely manner.
