As I expected. Went in to try and receive change. None of the change dispensers were working.
Use to be a good laundry mat. Don't bother calling them because their phone number is disconnected. Not along ago I spent $40 on laundry. I kept telling the owner that his washer wasn't filling with water. NONE of my towels came clean at all. On top of that his wife isn't nice at all. Going somewhere else from now on.
Worst laundry mat ever dryers took $2 just to dry a small load. They kicked us out at 7:30pm cuz they said they are closed. Worst laundry mat in Wichita.
The worst place to do laundry, the woman in the cage doesn't speak English and is very rude. If you need to do laundry, find somewhere besides this place. Oh yes, I asked for quarters since their machine was broken and the lady in the cage slammed the door in my face.
The machines are old but work great. The price is good and the owner is helpful and friendly.
Timings are wrong, I went there at 0840 pm it was closed.
It's wasn't the best but not too bad either . Quiet The owner was super friendly to me.. he would sit down n we always have conversations when i came in to do laundry..... I always helped him understand his Android device better....with showing or answering his questions....
Plenty of machines. Some of them them are old. They work ok, but lettering may be worn off. Usually pretty empty so you can do your laundry in peace. Several different sizes of machines so you can find one that you need.
I called for the price of one load to wash and dry the guy replied, " I don't know how many loads you have." I told him just one load. He then said, "$1 to wash and 60 cents to dry." Once he was done talking he hung up on me without saying buy or anything. Very disrespectful!
VERY RUDE!! Customer service is very bad his wife kept taking clothes out their machines leaving them in random carts some of the machines were broken with noo "out of order "sigh Owner and wife got in my face like the owner wanted to fight ! After bring it to the knowledge! DO NOT GO HERE
