Very quiet and computers available.
Excellent resources for families and children, we found a great kit for our 5 year old. Everything was clean and nice.
This place is really great for studying, and finding what you need. Very convenient for college students in the area. I would give it 5 stars, but the 3 days a week schedule is very limiting, and the only real drawback of the library.
Pretty good but there weren't enough puppies re: zero puppies. Couldn't give it 5 stars for that reason. Once I went to an Anthropologie and there were puppies there and they were sooooooo cute, but one of them peed on the floor, and you know how Anthropologie has those nice wooden floors. Such a shame. Still cute though, so they got five stars. Maybe get some puppies, SE Library. I'm sure a ton of students would come check it out and then I could give you 5 stars. Edit: I gave you five stars in the end because you do deserve it, puppies or not.
The library itself is good, but I can't seem to find the return area for closed hours. I was looking around for it the other day because I had a book that was due, but a homeless man sleeping on the steps yelled at me until I left. Didn't get a chance to return the book
This library is in a great location near frequent buses and Dinkytown bars and restaurants. There are many kid features, though it doesn't seem overrun with teenagers and small kids. It has many computers available too. It doesn't have a wifi area for people with laptops with fried batteries, i.e., there's no place to plug in and surf except one outlet in a lounge area, and that, for some of us, is a real sinker.
Incredible people, very helpful, kind, and courteous
One of my favorite branches. Down tempo, low key. Heart of dinky Town. The remodel makes it so much more spacious. Recommend.
Great library. Parking and drop off available.
Friendly librarians, great clean study spaces.
