SESC is a training facility specializing in group and individual fitness based on the workout of the day concept. While we will have "open gym" hours that you can use for anything you like, those times are designed to work on skills (How do I deadlift?) or lagging strengths (I'm gonna fix this saggy butt.) and not the traditional gym or bodybuilding style workouts.
Along with WOD's we will also offer bootcamps, Warrior days and skills sessions. All tied together and validated by the FitRanX fitness ranking system.
