Timely friendly service. Got my product loaded quickly

Received a phone message at 9:01AM regarding a delivery of two pallets we were expecting to be delivered this morning. We made sure that adequate staffing was available should assistance be needed in unloading. Returned the call minutes later at 9:14AM. Young lady asked if we could accept delivery tomorrow. When I asked about today, she said that the trucks were already deployed and they could not. This was the result of our not calling back in time. Malarkey. Two stars were provided because the drivers are always pleasant and courteous. Three stars were deducted because of the misrepresentation.

First time using them,there staff was very helpful shipping a screed auger 12' long.

Spoke to Kim at Southeastern for some help in re-arranging the skids. Quick in and out, great service. Highly Recommended.

we're in the 3PL business and they keep sending invoices to my customers disclosing our cost even we send email specifically ask them to bill to us on every single shipment. Their management should really looking to this.

Ordered flooring for a job and picked it up at their Jedburg terminal. Was very easy and painless. A nice guy loaded the pallet on the back of my truck. Easy!!

Professional and courteous drivers but, as a company, there's way too much bureaucracy and way too many systems to even be personable with customers! I get deliveries occasionally and always pick up at their dock. Called today to verify. When I arrived, they THEN decided to tell me that they only take cash or checks! Who in the world carries around cash or their business check book!?!? Thank you, SEFL, for reminding me, although it's 2017, it's still a much better idea to do business with small freight companies!
