Excelente job with my dryer that was not working , very professional and also great prices to there service, I highly recommend and also speak English and Spanish which is a great confort to communicate.
My Whirlpool duet Washer machine broke, every time i try to wash my clothes after 5 minutes the machine stops, locks itself and then on the screen says E1 F1 ERROR CODE. I called it in and 2 "EXPERT WASHER REPAIR TECHNICIANS" show up, they checked the machine, the inside, outside, front filter, pump, hoses everything was in good shape. First they told me it was the Water Pump, after testing it they saw that it was NOT. They didn't know what was going on, until one of them said it could be the Screen Board......they said that they had to replace it and were going to call me in 24h to let me know if they had it. After a couple of days they did NOT call, so I decided to call for the follow up on my machine, and again they told me they were going to call me back. After almost two weeks they called me back finally to let me know that they don't have the replacement piece that i need for my machine. On top of everything they charge me 60 Dollar just for the courtesy to just look at the machine. They are not professionals, I don't recommend this company .
Do not buy at this place, I bought from them a washer and dryer that supposedly had a 60 day warranty. When I call them to have them fixed or replaced they said: “We purchased the machines from someone else, you have to call them to fix it.” I called the guy, Francisco, who to this day has not come around to fixing the machines. I called back Southern Appliances to explain that Francisco has not come thru and their reply is: “Sorry, I’ll try contacting them and see what happens”. Worst place to buy from. Both machines are still bad to this day and no refund. Will never buy from them again

Very bad service, I was waiting for 3 days for an appliance service, they never show up, not a single call made, staying away from this business, not a serious business.
