Friendly staff. Very Professional. Great Team. Dr. Dean was amazing and ensure that I, the patient was well taking care of. He doesn't rush when he see you. He takes the time to listen to your complains and provide you with options if needed. Dr. Dean is an excellent Doctor. Thanks again to all front line workers.

Great vibes at this office! It was a very relaxing visit. I did have to wait a while but I couldn’t really tell with the atmosphere that was set. Dr. Bonser was so nice and her bedside manner is A1! I feel like I’ll be here for a while!

Although a totally professional setting, the atmosphere was warm and comfortable! After meeting Dr. Slade, I am absolutely thrilled to be another grateful patient because she is simply amazing!!! First visit was ok. Scheduled for my second visit and they dropped the ball. I told the clerk in check out and nothing. I was scheduled for a telemedicine visit after that and she seemed rather annoyed. Can't file HSA claims because they don't provide a detailed claim. I then asked for my prescription to be sent in and myself and the pharmacy were ignored. I think they are overwhelmed I the Southside so I'm going to seek care north of here. I don't have much trust after this interaction.
