I’m automatically giving this place a one star due to the fact that they want us in starting at 3 AM… But won’t allow on site truck parking in an area that already has limited truck parking as it is.

The staff is ridiculous they don’t know how to treat someone, they need some classes to learn how to deal with their delivery drivers. They would tell you first to come at fixed time and when you will go they will be so rude to you.

Long hauler. Security was nice but good luck talking to anyone at the receiving desk. You leave your paperwork and ring a bell but they won't even turn around to look at you. Waited two hours at a dock to get unloaded and finally went back to the window and again no human contact whatsoever, not even an attempt. Just call your dispatch if they leave you waiting. Took about 3 hours to get in and out and I showed up 30 minutes early. I really feel like it's not much to expect a person to at least acknowledge your presence.

Appointment 8:00am Check in 7:00am Check out 8:15am Not bad

This warehouse works bye appointment time only and you can come for one hour before. guys unloaded my truck in one hour!!! Thanks!!!

They unloaded quickly, the staff were friendly, I had an appointment at 7:00, I arrived at 6:30 and I was immediately accepted and, at my request, they began to unload immediately! Thank you guys for your help and timely unloading! it's a pity that you can't put +5, I would put it

Management totally poor. Security members are totally mad, they don’t know way to speak rudely . If u come to deliver here, don’t think about pickup appointments.

Security guard was a complete ahole and the wait time was atrocious.

They unloaded quickly, the staff were friendly, I had an appt 8:00, I arrived at 7:15 and they unload immediately! Thank you guys for your help and timely unloading!
