I've lived here for 25 years.  This is the cleanest park I've lived in.  Management is really making big improvements.  After the big storm, things were cleaned up in about a week.

I want to thank Paige for taking her time answering all the questions I had in regards to the purchase of a home. Although I’m not ready at the moment, I will be coming back to her when I’m ready to move forward. Paige, you were extremely helpful and I greatly appreciate your patience.

Bought a beautiful mobile home from here and Paige was amazing to work with! Had me in my new home in 1 day! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

I want to give Marisa a huge shout out! My husband and I were desperately looking for a home after moving to Millington and she was on it! As soon as something popped up she called. She got us through the approval in 2 days which was huge! On top of that when we moved in we noticed a few issues left after the remodel which was great our mobile home had just had and she had them fixed the very next day! She and the maintenance staff we dealt with were amazing, friendly, and professional. We are so happy we found this place.

We LOVE Southern Meadows! The new property management company has made a lot of much needed improvements and they are continuing their efforts to make the community a better place! The property manager is amazing! Always helpful when I call or stop by! I love the improvements made thus far and can't wait to see what is to come!

We just moved in and Marisa and Paige are amazing!! They are both very friendly and great to talk to and so very helpful! They worked hard and fast to get us into a place its a great area and they are doing a great job with the park!
