"Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial Park has served Miami and surrounding communities for almost 100 years. Established in 1941, our picturesque 64-acre cemetery is the final resting spot of many pioneer families of North Miami and is 1 of the few cemeteries in the State of Florida that has a memorial garden dedicated to members of the Jewish faith. Large clusters of trees create plenty of shade and quiet areas for reflection. Unique brick statues with religious themes add to the serene atmosphere of the cemetery. With its park-like setting, Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial Park is a dignified and beautiful final resting spot."

I returned to New Jersey yesterday after a 2 week road trip by myself landing in Orlando and after a visit to Southern Memorial flying back out of Fort Lauderdale, I drove 1200 miles, visited freinds and family in 15 cities seeing 24 special people in my life. Yesterday morning I met with Kevin. He is a kind and gentle soul with a caring heart. The entire staff was quite gracious. I spoke with the GM, Abby this morning. My Dad was buried at Southern Memorial 65 years ago, My Mom 26 years ago and my brother 2 years ago. I have returned home knowing that with Kevin's amazing care they will continue to rest in peace. Ms. Haggith Edwards is an angel on Earth. She was patient with my family and I throughout the process. Her thoroughness was exceptional! She made it comfortable and all our questions were answered appropriately. Thank you again for your help.

My family has been waiting for the installment of my Da d's headstone. Due to Hurricane Ian and other circumstances, the installation has been delayed. I came out to view the headstone, not knowing it had not be placed, and ran into Haggith Edward's, one of the company's representatives. Haggith was very kind, courteous, caring, and professional. She gave me all of the information I needed, and although she is not the counselor assigned to my Dad's account,  she THOROUGHLY helped me and will work to ensure the installation.  I felt much better having worked with her.

Kevin is the best. Made everything smooth during a difficult time. He was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you so much Kevin I am so glad I met you.

Betsy’s professionalism and kindness helped make the sad and somber discussions more bearable. This allowed us to focus on the happier memories of our loved ones during our discussion.

Very clean and elegant venue. Staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. Although the circumstances weren't ideal, funerals are never easy, I felt at peace knowing we send my step-father home in style and grace. He deserved the best. And he received the best treatment we could have asked for. Thank you again!
